Good, I didn't get to do it for the Count, and since I've even considered rerolling TS on Virtue(along with keeping the Pinnacle one, as to not upset, or leave my fellow Pinnacle peeps, just for playing out since my schedual makes teaming hard) I can get the badges, to at least make up for the ones he won't have since they haven't added character copy yet.

In all honesty, I had completely forgotten this badge existed when I made the alt you see below. I mean, it's only available once a year, right? A few days ago I became aware of it again, so naturally it became my new mission to acquire it before the opportunity passed me by. I think I can never delete this character now, given the amount of work it took to get that stupid badge:
