I saw that video on Maximum Exposure years ago, but whoever added the Street Fighter health bars did right by us.

Remember the official City of Heroes video contest way back when, where the Liberty League video and the stupid video with the dentist won first place? Wasn't there some live action video with two guys playing a Martial Arts Scrapper and a Tsoo guy?

Yeah, there was. Ambush In Perez Park.... I've still got all the movies on my HD....

Ah, it's all coming back to me now.

Cool video. Love the guy's Practiced Brawler and Focused Fighting pantomimes, not to mention his two hits of Catch a Breath.

But is that the worst Tsoo Enforcer costume or what?
