I am still levelling this character so it needs to be PvE capable, but i also spend a lot of time in Siren's Call. Ignore slot levels, i'll sort that out in game.

Some questions:

1)Does Chilling Embrace always interrupt AS and un-hide?

2)Will Freeze Ray>Bitter Freeze Ray>Freeze Ray hold a brute or stalker though their mes protection? In warburg will Bitter Freeze Ray>Freeze Ray>Frozen touch hold them?

3)According to hero builder snow storm's range is 80. Does that mean that if an enemy runs 50ft from me the toggle will drop or is it 80 yards?

4)Does hibernate need any more slotting? The way it was described to me was Rest+Phase Shift combined. Is the healing and recovery rate comparable to rest?

5)Currently i never use hover. I fly round until i find a suitable target, dive bomb them and try to kill with burst damage. If they run i give chase, if not i drop flight and fight toe to toe. With chilling embrace running as well will this be possible?

Hibernate unless it is different from the tanker version which it shouldn't be a the controller version is the same as well.

Its phase plus superrest. You go into an unaffected mode for up to 30 seconds during which your end and health rapidly recover. You can't turn on any toggles during this time but you can query one or and attack that the minute you burst you use.

Ok since the devs seem determined to nerf me against what i lose against and ignore that i can kill squishies in 5 seconds ignore this build. I need a rethink.

My Ice/Ice blaster is currently 38 but i plan on respeccing her to make her better at PvP.

Some notes:

I chose Ice Mastery for thematic reasons. I know it's not the best but i can't see any of the others fitting.
I didn't pick Ice Patch because i never use it. When in PvE my strategy is to hold half the stuff or kill everything before it has a chance to kill me. Ice Patch just slows me down.
The 3 holds are for mes protection. FR>FT>BFR>FR will hold through mes protection for about a second. That's my best strategy against the nasty brute toggles after they killed toggle drops.
Chilblain has 2 accs for the -fly component. Very handy in PvP zones.
No hover because i never use it.

Now my name problem is if i should drop something for Ice Storm. It's great for if you know a stalker is after you. If timed right it can unhide them so you can beat them up. Also, does snow storm need more slots? If so what should i put in it and where should i take the slots from? And i forgot about Acrobatics. Any way to rearrange the powers to include that for Siren's Call (that makes two i need to drop).

It appears you are gunning for PvP so I will give you some answers to the questions. They may not be all right but they are pretty close.

1)Does Chilling Embrace always interrupt AS and un-hide? Not to my knowledge. I believe that debuffs no longer interupt AS.

Fit Superjump in your build so you can get acrobatics as well or 3 slot sprint and 3 slot hurdle and keep flight. I use 3 slot sprint and 3 slot hurdle along with combat jumping and I have unsupressed super jump and unsupressed superspeed-lite.

EDIT:I want to respec as soon as possible. I've kept all the powers i regularly use in PvE. If i was making it totally PvP i would remove blizzard.

Thats what my temp superjump power is for. Or better yet, how about we go to the arena where your pansy run away and hide "kill" technique doesn't work.

Or even better, I just wander over to SC and buy my webnade and play drunken frat boy to your ugly girl home on a Saturday night.

We can go to the arena if you want. Do you REALLY need to run and hide in a 2 on 1 fight?

Well dark anytime you want an arena match with use we arn't hard to find.
