Villainous Artwork Request

Since I pretty much just decided on an idea for my potential villain Mastermind main, I was wondering if someone would mind doing a sketch idea of him for me. The name is Count Clout (I looked Clout up in the dictionary and thesaurus, it means like power and control) I'm going for a kind royal (at least acts/looks/thinks is royal) look, strength, and of course an evil, dark powerful/hungry thing. Sorta old English, evil duke thing, but slightly newer age. I know that may sound more vauge and random then helpful. I made a Photoshop font thing for him, you can use the style of it for style like ideas, or if anyone is willing to ink it, colors. Thanks in advance to anyone who does it, I'll be really greatful.
