Why do you do this to me? Why? Does spyware and adware get off on this sort of crap? Now apparently some spyware crap sh*t has changed my startup website from "about:blank" to it's own sadistic little website that floods me with spyware, I've tried changing it nummerous times each time with the same result, I exit and reenter and then it's there again. I'd like to know how to stop it or my second option is to ask where I can get a program that floods a website to the breaking point.
Also, Windows isn't helping at all. It tells me I have spyware (which it's never done before) and then tells me to "CLICK HERE TO FIX IT"... and it does nothing. Nothing.
EDITED: Ok, I shut down two processes that looked suspecious and now it works. Now I just need to remember what the hell they were called and how to delete them.

I use Ad-Aware SE for all adware, spyware. It'll clean your registry and get rid of all those files on your comp.
Here is the link to the free version.

Yeah I like Ad-aware, I use it along with Spybot, didn't help though, but I think I got it fixed now.

Great new problem, probably same source.
I now can't enter www.dictionary.com or www.wikipedia.org, it's a conspiracy with the milkmen, the girl scouts and the ufos, whom are trying to stop me from either improving my english or stopping me from learning anything. DAMN YOU MILKMEN! Adaware and Spybot aren't helping.

Use an actual virus checker (if you don't have one or if it's being hijacked, try out Panda Software's online scanner) and get yourself a copy of ZoneAlarm.

I use AVG, it's a free Virus Checker with regular free virus database updates.

Really, doesn't matter which one you pick, but use some form of virus protection.

Hell, use both.
I have Norton all updated out the wazoo on my computer, but the online ones are handy if you get hijacked.

I've got this "Winfixer" thing that attacks me when I get on. Is it a known spyware thing, or something else? Anyone know?
