I saw it twice so far. I really enjoy it. I'm a DC fanboy, but this movie is flawless. It kills me the WB can't get their shit together and do a Justice League project like this. It kills me.
They finally got the Hulk right. They FINALLY did it. This actor was the best so far. He was Bruce Banner. I loved it. And Hawkeye and Black Widow? Fantastic stuff. Great Natural heroes. Fantastic. Oh, and of course, Tony Stark will always bring it.
The transition scene... During that battle... Honestly, one of the greatest action sequences of all time.

I've seen it 4 times now...only once in the theater though lol.
I love it. There is one thing I'm curious about though...
Spoiler!
When Banner shows up during the fight at the end. He says he's always angry and then changes into the Hulk seemingly at will in about a second. I don't fully follow the comics, but I thought he always had to do the full transformation. I know he was able to control it better, but I always thought he still had to deal with the transformation.
It was still cool so I don't mind, but just curious about that one part.
The rest of the movie, holy shit. The next Batman movie is going to disappoint me only because it isn't this movie. I wish that movie was released before this one lol.

Right before he changed, he said “That’s my secret Cap, I’m always angry.”
I am assuming during his time abroad, Banner through self discovery learns this seemingly simple fact. On previous occasions when he was hurt/angered, Banner was trying to fight the transformation because he didn't want to turn into the Hulk and that's why the transformation was delayed. This was really the first time he embraced his anger and thus did not "resist" the transformation, thus rapidly promoting, speeding up the transformation process. That's the way I see it.
I agree with Mav. Since the movie follows the Ultimate universe more than the 616, Banner managed to control the Hulk and retain his intelligence due to meditation in Tibet (I think it was). See Ultimate Wolverine VS Hulk.
