Yes, it was ass. It was too easy, the boss fight was retarded. The ending was dialogue choices. Whoopee! What happens to so-n-so? They become a shoe salseman! The two people used in all of their advertisements (the guy with the mask and the white haired chick) appear about 2 minutes-worth in the game. I wasted time keeping the old bat on my team. The only good part about the game was flexibilty in creating lightsabers. The story was more interesting in the first one. I read the book after playing the game and they stuck to it very well.

That's because Obsidian made it. Bioware is making the MMO, not Obsidian, so I don't think it'll be ass

I was a huge fan of the first two KOTOR games, and was hoping to see KOTOR III rather than an MMO. This just means that I'm going to have to get a new computer to play it. D:

it's funny reading some of the comments posted on that ign site stuff like "KoToR is why i bought a 360 in the first place, bioware is spitting in the face of the fans!"
and assorted **** like that
oh, the best was "I'm so pissed about this being PC only. Consoles are where they sold the most copies of the KOTOR series so why are they spitting in our face all of the sudden?
The main reason I purchased a 360 was because KOTOR was only on the 360 and Bio-ware seemed to make all their games only for xbox. This is like a slap in the face for me. If its pc exclusive i'll never support any Bio-Ware product again. I'll still play their games but i'll buy then 2 days after they come out at Gamestop used for $55... and send them a video of me burning $5 to show that I could have supported them financially... but i'd rather burn money than give it to them'
dude... take a ****ing ritalin and calm the **** down

EA Games label president Frank Gibeau said, "We're definitely looking at the opportunity to bring the MMO experience to console, without question." He went on to discuss both Warhammer Online and Star Wars: The Old Republic as possibilities. "They're both under consideration," he said, adding, "We're not really in a place to commit or announce anything specific with regards to those."

Hope for all you consolers!

Yeah, people are retarded. "I was going to buy *insert game here* cause it's a 360 exclusive, but now it's going on the PS3 too? WTF OMG I'M NEvER SUPPORTING *insert game company* AGAIN!!!!!!!!!"
Seriously...It's still on the 360, it's just that now people with the PS3 can buy it also, stop being so greedy, you little twit.
Sadly, most people don't accept stupid little things like this, like I do.

It sounds plausible since they have a history with consoles
