See, that's the interesting notion...

The text says something about "Noble Souls" and "injustice-yadda-yadda" and while I do like Doom's honor/nobility for his own reasons, I identify others that could be identified more as villains, like the Joker and Doctor Octopus (and probably Venom.

The only ones I really am confused about are the 2 metallic-gloved hands. One probably is Doom but the other? Then there is that gray arm near Spider-Man's (which is curiously flicking a non-existent web? Why?) Has sharp nails. Then there is the yellow gloved one under Captain America's hand at the end. Not sure what that may be.

I'm guessing the metal glove closest to Juggernaut isn't a metal glove at all but the hand of Colossus. Spider-Man's hand is flicking non-existant web out of desperation maybe? Or just artistic representation in case the red webbed glove wasn't enough of a clue who he is. I have no idea who the grey arm with claws belongs to.

Look at the bottom of the glove, toward its forearm. It has the same detailing as Batman's glove. I'd suggest this belongs to Batgirl, although it does seem a bit of a masculine hand.
