Hey, you know that big name hero that everyone loves? Yeah, I'm talkin' about Grae Knight... and he's not all he's cracked up to be. Turns out, he's been double-parking his Grae-mobile all over the city and has racked up a lot of traffic fines. Of course, he never pays. He doesn't even show up for court, always claiming to be out saving the city or whatever.

The Paragon legal system needs you to track Grae down and bring him to justice. Sure, parking tickets seem like a small issue, but how can anyone look up to him for upholding the big laws if he turns his nose up at the little ones?
