But after a long day of taking out Toxic Tarantulas for the badge, then doing a mission with a crap load of Arachnos, I got us the Autonomous Expert System Plans SG badge.
"Your group has delivered a load of hurt, unlocking the AES to aid you."
*shrugs* Go us?

Sounds like a SG motto to me!
"Malice in wonderland....yea we don't know either"

So after killing a lot of spiders you become an expert on reading robot blueprints? Huh???

Coolness! But how much would one of those bad boys cost? :)

Nevermind. I figured it out. The AES (or the Mystic Orrery, its arcane counterpart) costs 2 million Prestige...half a million more than the Supercomputer does. The AES looks pretty huge too, judging from the icon that I'm waiting to turn into reality as soon as we grow big enough for an AES one day years down the road.... :)
(Well, we could probably get it now, but that would involve completely gutting the base and removing such things as the telepads, the telepad rooms, the medical bay, the workshop-cüm-theatre...and by the time we got the AES, we'd have nothing left for the AES to control anyway, so what would be the point? I'm sure you guys wouldn't appreciate such a boneheaded move, so it looks like we'll just have to wait until we have enough Prestige to justify sacking the Mainframe and its peripherals and investing in the upgrade. Maybe we need to go recruiting again.... )

I wonder if the Arena bug still works and heals count in there. The Strawman also has Aid Other.

It does ,you can also get the healing counted from a galdiator match if the pet in question heals .
or simply camping Neverdarke and a Mastermind with pets in a mystic underground cave that has one of the red damaging crystals .
Currently tho my heal is on auto and we usually run 6 to 8 man groups with lots of masterminds so it should start moving faster than before:)

Well, if any of you are on tonight, we should double down and work on getting that Auto Doc. All in favor? :)
By the way, we have a new Enhancement storage now. Just thought you should know. :D

After you smash the spiderbots, you take them apart and study their assembly. Every aspring tech head does stuff like that. :)
Not that it explains how you simultaneously develop esoteric knowledge on how to build a Mystic Orrery and harness the raw power of the cosmos, but I'm sure there's a logical explanation in there somewhere....

First of all, we're talking about Slaphappy. Do we even know if he can read?
Secondly, have you seen his goons in action? They smash and burn everything. Not much would be left to study. :)

Clearly, one of his goons is a tech head. That's how it always works. :P

It's Bojangles. I've caught him tinkering on the Malicious Mainframe before. :p
Sorry I had to skip out on the Auto Doc fiesta the other night, but Mary O'Knickers was getting into a respec trial and I simply couldn't turn away. You know how it is. :|
