This ain't no pansy alt list where you list a bunch of weird-ass names and giggle, "Oh hoo hoo, I'm such an altaholic." This is a character list. No cut and paste from your Crey Reports, either. Upon pain of banana buggery: :bhump .
Virtue
Goldstar (Invulnerable/Stone Melee): Frank Allen was a US Marshal, hot on the trail of a band of especially violent jewel thieves who planned to melt down their ill gotten gains, making it easier to sell on the black market. But Allen was captured, and the thieves decided to dispose of him by melting him down with the gold
Code 4 (En/en blaster): Chris Crier was a washed up football player treading down a path towards alcoholism. His brother Gordon was a defective genius. But when their parents were killed in the Rikti invasion, Gordon created an amazing suit of powered armor...
Sea Wolf (Storm/psionic def): The sea took Jake Gonzalez from his family at a young age, in reaction to the death of a young orca pup. In doing so, Jake found himself in the realm of The Shifters, a realm between man and animal that produced abilities characteristic to neither.
Skyblade (broadsword/regen scrapper): Prince of the small Mediterranean island nation of Magoya, Gregor Nikolos has been entrusted with an important family heirloom: a sword which gives the wielder the power to fly... The Nikolos family has always been renowned for their clever diplomacy, but are equally infamous for their piracy.
Peace Dove (MC/Emp controller): Michael Denisov is a powerful telepath-so powerful that he is unable to filter out the thoughts of others, sometimes even unable to separate them from his own.
Red-Wing (Claws/SR scrapper): Jerry Wilson was the side kick of the Night Harrier, a hero who was respected by his peers and feared by the criminal element. As Red-wing, Wilson fought along side the Night Harrier, although he was nowhere near as effective. But one fateful day, Wilson's back was broken by an enemy of the Night Harrier. The Night Harrier enrolled Wilson in an experimental nanite treatment program in a desperate attempt to repair the boy's spine. It was unsuccessful, and Wilson lapsed into a coma. Three years later, he awoke, his body altered by the nanites for combat. But in those three years, the Rikti had invaded, and the Night Harrier was dead.
Dr. Miracle (Dark/dark def): Dr. Jason Ellison spent much of his life debunking fake psychics, sham healers and counterfeit ghosts. But when he met a real live demon, his soul was stained, and he was doomed to spend the rest of his life searching the very occult that he scoffed at searching for a cure.
Night Runner (Broadsword/invul scrapper): A third generation hero, receiving a powerful magic sword from his father, The Swordsman. The original Swordsman, his grandfather had taken it from the Millenium Man. Stolen from Valhalla, reforged with a demon's heart and fused with the power of 1000 souls, the sword is a powerful weapon in trained hands, and a weapon of incalculable destruction in the wrong.
Pinnacle:
The Physics Monkey (grav/kin controller): Alex Jones was a terrible physics student, but a willing volunteer in a teleportation experiment. Unfortunately for him, his mind was transported into the body of a monkey's. On the positive side, the process somehow infused his brain with a great number of the mysteries of the universe. This gave him the ability to manipulate time and space with his mind, manipulating the very fabric of the universe. Alex would rather just not be a monkey.
Mr. Thud (Invul/SS tank): Michael Czerbinzki was a mob enforcer, an immense mutant brought up on the wrong side of the tracks. He was the right hand man of Terry Constantino, a mid level man in the mob hierarchy. Czerbinzki was foremost in charge of guarding Constantino's daughter, Amanda. But when Constantino was forced into a devil's deal by the Family and the Circle of Thorns, Amanda's life became forfeit. Forfeit to everyone but Czerbinzki...
Captain Torpedo (Formerly The Liberty Torch formerly The Human Torpedo) (Fire/EM tank): Captain Steve Kerr was presumed lost at sea with his crew when his experimental mini-sub imploded in the Marianas Trench. But several months later, he was found a thousand miles away, washed up on an island in the Phillipines. Unable to remember anything about the incident, he had gained amazing abilities, including the ability to move at incredible speeds.
Aluminum Jaguar (ice/devices blaster): A group of engineers tasked to work on the ultimate crime-fighting equipment were discouraged when their project was cancelled due to "lack of effective lethal options." Still, they believed that their design had a great deal of promise, and proceeded to field test the prototype. (this character was created solely to make British people say it out loud. Aluminium Jag-you-R. Hee hee.)
Bastille (Earth/SS tank): 300 years ago, a powerful warlock was imprisoned by the French Monarchy. Unable to escape on his own, the warlock nonetheless cursed the prison, causing anyone able to escape from its walls to gain the power to free the French people from tyranny. Due to this semantic error, no one was empowered when the entire population was [i]freed[i/] several months later, and the warlock was guillotined before he could correct his error. 300 years later, a young French escape artist plans his most public performance in one of France's most famous and notorious buildings...
Poison Frog (Rad/rad def): While experimenting with cancer treatments based on the toxic emissions of poison arrow frogs, Eli Krause accidentally injected himself with one of his own experimental treatments. His body chemistry was subsequently rendered extremely toxic, although his muscles and reflexes were boosted to frog like proportions.
Grand Canyon (Earth/storm controller): Although small in stature, Ryan Jacks proved to be large in heart when he fended off a band of poachers in the course of his job as a park ranger. Left mortally wounded, he was healed and empowered by the spirit of Gaia, and tasked to defend the environment.
Dream Time (Illusion/storm controller): While walkabout in the Australian outback, Jack Rodgers became lost and almost died. But instead, he wandered into the Dream Time, the ancient spiritual world of the Aboriginal people.
Sentinel Skull (Invul/EM tank): An alien robot sent to earth to monitor the progress of the human race. He was created by an emotionless species to be a guide of the humans, and, in event of a sudden downturn, their judge. In order to facilitate this, the robot was given a simulation of human emotion, a decision which may bode badly for both human and alien.
Champion
The Living Volcano (Fire/SS tank): A mutant with a hideous appearance, his control of fire and his immense strength make him a force to be reckoned with.
Sundog (MA/SR scrapper): Goldstar saved this young mutant from certain death in the course of his adventures. He found himself saddled with an unwanted sidekick.
Suicide Spider (MA/SR scrapper): Ricardo Meeks was intent on committing suicide. But instead, he disrupted a Circle of Thorns ritual and saved a young woman from certain death. Now, he patrols the streets, fearing not for his own life...
Bullet Prodigy (MA/invul scrapper): A young Air Force cadet crashed his trainer plane-and in doing so learned that he was a mutant with the ability to absorb and redirect kinetic energy.
Guardian:
Serpensor (spines/DA scrapper): An alien secret agent, come to earth to investigate and help quell the Rikti incursion. Native to a planet with a particularly vicious ecology, his natural endowments are deadly weapons on this planet. His advanced technology and intensive spy training helps as well.
Triumph:
The Killstealer (AR/devices blaster): the most feared hero in Paragon City, his name is heard echoed throughout its neighborhoods in terror and hatred.
Test:
Captain Mexico (fire/fire blaster):
For as long as there has been a Mexico, there has been a Captain Mexico. The latest incarnation was a young soldier who pulled his dying predecessor from the battlefield. Captain Mexico's powers are derived from a desert rose which has never wilted in over 150 years.
Blueline (invul/EM tank):
A rookie cop unwittingly tossed into a vat of mutagenic goo. He gained impressive strength and durability, and retained a loyalty to the Paragon City Police Department.
Pics may or may not come later.
Remianen
04-11-2005, 12:41 PM
Remianen Valorian (Hero name currently unknown) – Not much is known about the reclusive billionaire. It is believed he has some kind of mutant ability that allows him to relieve the pain and anguish of others while also soothing (or manipulating) their minds. He has a fortune that rivals, and perhaps surpasses that of Countess Crey. It is rumored that he has used his sizable fortune to create a refuge of sorts for people with mutant abilities. Often referred to as “big brother” by his charges, all of which, oddly, are female.
The Training Room
Terris (claws/regen scrapper) – Mercedes Padilla was a typical Colombian child…until her mother was brutally murdered by agents of Crey Industries working for the Medellin cartel. She was then given into the custody of Remianen, who helped her deal with and fully master the mutant abilities that had begun to manifest.
Mantis (AR/dev blaster) – The biological kid sister of Remianen, Veronica Valorian grew up not realizing that her hobby for invention actually represented her mutant abilities. Known largely as a “lab rat”, she has mastered the use of a rather large assault rifle and designed several devices to assist her in reducing the crime rate in Paragon City.
Dawncall (Invuln/Mace tanker) – Zora Capoeira (and her twin sister, see Duskfall) was never a normal child. Half Cerien/half human, she inherited her mother’s golden skin and her people’s massive size. At nearly 8 feet tall, wielding an instrument of war used by her mother’s people, she surely stands out in crowds. Her motivation now is “the bashing of heads for justice!”
Expose (rad/psy defender) – Keiki Makalapua Maluaana, who first learned of her abilities during a fight between her parents, found her way to the Valorian compound by way of child welfare authorities. Since then, she has distinguished herself as a Hellion bane and defender of the weak and forlorn.
Lady Expose (kin/rad defender) – Lady Gwendolyn MacAuliffe was used to a life of privilege. But when her mutant abilities manifest themselves, she was taken aback and shunned by those she once called friends. While her family supported her, there was little or nothing they could do to help her learn how to control these powers. Luckily, her uncle had this friend…..
Inercia (energy/energy blaster) – Third born of the Castaneda quadruplets, her grasp of energy seems to know no limits. Iris was always the level headed, calm presence among the four. However, when lives are at stake, there is no fiercer compatriot.
Novae (fire/devices blaster) – Second born of the Castaneda quadruplets, Teresa holds fire at her command. Able to form it into destructive blasts, the scent of burning flesh is a sign of her passage. “Teresita”, as she is known by the clan, also has a temper to match her fiery power. Often not content to simply arrest, she often has to be reined in given the destructive nature of her element.
Sintera (MA/regen scrapper) – The youngest (and only non-mutant) of the Castaneda clan, Cynthia has spent her life in her sisters’ collective shadow. As a result, she has trained herself to the very limits of human strength, endurance, and discipline, and is well on her way to becoming a grandmaster of great fame and accomplishment. To watch her in action fighting crime is like watching smoke drift over a still lake. No wasted motion, eerie efficiency, and potentially deadly results.
Victory
Flameshrike (fire/dev blaster) – Rumored to be the earthly avatar of the ancient Pompeian god of fire and fiery vengeance, Stephania Alcaudón has always been ahead of her time. When the call went out for heroes, she could not stand pat safe within the walls of the Valorian estate. Since venturing out, she has proven herself to be a formidable foe for the Trolls, Outcasts, Hellions, and Skulls and has just begun making headway into the Vahzilok plot.
Canceria (dark/dark defender) – Penny Carpenter grew up as a goth…with credentials. Able to command the very essence of the Netherworld made her quite the star in goth circles. But when her powers became too much for her to control, she decided to take advantage of an offer made to her years before….
Platinum Dawn (invuln/SS tanker) - Dawn Fischer was a rather unusual case. A highly accomplished amateur boxer turned hedge fund manager, who just happened to be just short of 8 feet tall with golden skin and immense strength. When her boss was gunned down by street punks, her desire to lead a "normal life" (as if that were possible for someone like her) evaporated.
Virtue
Bladeraven - Yuriko Anderson's life was irrevocably changed after a trip to her mother's native Japan. There she was confronted by the spirit of a long dead ancestor who charged her with continuing the family's forgotten warrior tradition. As a student of Japanese swordsmanship, she seemed like the perfect candidate. To that end, the ancestor led her to a long forgotten crypt where her remains had been interred. Under the urging of the spirit, Yuriko donned the suit of intricately woven armor and took up the katana and swore to use them for the good of all. Through her parents (the chief scientists at Valorian Innovations), she was granted entrance to the training ground she grew up watching. As one of the only non-mutant members of the clan, she has found ways to use this to her advantage, often using her sisters' confidence and cockiness against them in sparring sessions.
...and, I'm spent :p Need to finish the backstories on Platinum Dawn, Ameristar, and Nightshrike.
Masked Revenger
04-11-2005, 02:30 PM
Oh, me too, me too!
Not as large as some, but I think it's pretty decent. :)
Victory
Masked Revenger (martial arts/super reflexes): Robert Ryan is a highly talented martial artist and poor student at the University Rhode Island Paragon City. He works the graveyard shift at the Mega Mart located in Atlas Park, and after watching rising gang activities in this neighborhood, decided to use his talents to do something about it, and became Masked Revenger.
Captain Noble (energy blast/energy control): Carthis Ray comes from the planet Tarren, a world much like Earth. Tarren was attacked by a unknown, but brutal, race that almost whipped out the entire population. Captain Noble and some of his associates discovered the alien’s next target, Earth, and he was sent here to prepare the people of Earth and defend them from the coming invasion.
American Dragon (fire blast/fire control): Henry Jameson was a top test pilot in the US Air Force. While testing a new sub-orbital craft, he experienced a systems malfunction, and his craft crashed nearby Sioux City Falls. He should have died in the crash, except for the intervention of a being living in the area, a Dragon. Unfortunately, the accident drained the ancient creature of almost all his strength, and still left Henry near death. In order to preserve both, the dragon merged his essence with that of Henry, and together the two became the American Dragon, continuing the Dragon’s sacred duty of protecting this land.
Bonestrike (spines/dark armor): Sandra McLeod was an up and coming lawyer, and everyone knew that she would become one of the youngest judges in the state. That is, until the Circle of Thorns kidnapped her and sacrificed in a ritual. Death came to take her, but her anger at the violence visited upon her was strong, and pushed him back. So, Death made her a deal. He would allow her 5 years to wreak her vengeance on those who killed her, and then Death would come back for her. So now, as Bonestrike, she stalks the back allies and dark places of the city, seeking her vengeance.
Virture
Jr. Statesman (electrical blast/electricity control): Tyrell Jones is a high school from Kings Row High, and also a hero fanboy. His all time favorite hero is Statesman, and he always dreams of being just like him. One day, while on a field trip in Atlas Park, the Clockwork attacked, and Tyrell’s mutant powers manifested. Excited beyond all belief, he fashioned himself a costume based after his favorite hero’s and became Jr. Statesman! He just hopes that he doesn’t get in trouble with him, or that he can fight crime in time to get home for dinner.
The Beat Poet (mind control/kinetics): Solomon Blanchard was already a well known poet in local circles, and was quickly on his way to attaining national acclaim, when it was revealed that he had mutant powers of mind control and persuasion through his voice. Unaware that he was using these abilities during his readings, he stopped for a time, until his mother pointed out that he could still use all his talents to change the world. And so, he became the Beat Poet, and fights injustices in a more literal sense.
The Xiaolin Cowboy (martial arts/regeneration): Clay always considered himself a simple man, a truck driver and proud Texan. He also believed that the Strong had a duty to protect the Weak. One night, while driving his truck to Dallas, he crashed trying to avoid an old man. After awakening from the coma that accident resulted in, Clay followed the visions in the dreams he had while out to an isolated town where he found the old man waiting for him. The old man turned out to be the last of a lost temple of Xiaolin Monks. He trained Clay in an ancient and mystical form of Kung-Fu and told him to use it to protect people. He has sense moved to Paragon City to do just that as the Xiaolin Cowboy.
Grotsnik (broadsword/invulnerability): Grotsnik was just a typical orc warrior on the world of Derth. He fought for honor and glory, looking to raise his status among his tribe. Then, the wizard Malithrax arrived, wanting to gather great Horde and attack the Shinning Empire. Now, orcs had fought the humans and elves of the Shinning Empire before, but had nothing expressly against them, and did not look forward to waging total war against them. But Malithrax used magic to force the issue, and so the Horde was formed. Then, the magic spell Malithrax cast to transport the Horde to it’s staging area was interrupted by a surge of pure chaos energy, resulting is several of the orcs being teleported through time and space to Earth and Paragon City. Grotsnik, like many of his fellow orcs, saw this world as a place to gain much glory as a warrior, and so joined the ranks of this cities knights, known as “heroes,” and formed the Horde.

Whoo, cool. I like the idea of fleshing out the bios that much. In fact, while I have only my five main characters, I'll try to throw in some of the one-time and concept characters I've created but never really played:
Virtue
Bloodwolf: (Martial Arts/Super Reflexes Scrapper) Steve McDonald was framed by a corrupt police chief for the murder of his wife. After three years in prison, he was able to escape when a riot broke out. He quickly learned that the police chief was the true murderer, and confronted him, only to have to kill the man in self defense. Wiping the blood from his hand on the wall, it inexplicably formed the shape of a wolf's face. Bloodwolf seeks out corruption in those in power, exposes their crimes, and leaves them for the police, along with the Mark of Bloodwolf, drawn in his own blood.
Sandy: (Electric/Fire Blaster) Sandy Jensen was born parylized from the waist down, and her father, a cyberneticist, spent most of his life trying to find a cure. Eventually he joined Crey Industries, and developed implants that would allow his daughter to walk. Crey saw the potential for a military application, however, and kidnapped Sandy, activating a hidden program they had slipped into the implants' code. The machines began to replicate inside Sandy's body, destroying her "organic parts", as they were no longer useful to her new cyborg identity. Fortunately, though, Sandy's father was able to find the lab where she had been taken, and when he was attacked by Crey's agents, Sandy broke free and killed them. Sandy doesn't want to be a hero, and refuses to take a superhero name, but the machine half forces her to fight, and fulfill its primary function.
Freedom
Jade Dragon: (Force Field/Radiation Defender) Richard Conner had just graduated from the Police Academy in Houston, Texas, when he decided to take a trip to Egypt to explore the pyramids. There he discovered a plot by a Mob hit man to steal four objects of incredible power, hidden in a pyramid once used by Pharoah Akenaton. Along with his friend Robert Davidson, and an archeologist named Michelle Betrand, Richard tried to stop the hit man, only to be present when the four objects were discovered. Empowered by a jade statue of a Dragon, Richard now has the ability to summon a green, vaporous energy, which he can shape into shields, or fire as a blast. According to the Egyptians, his power is "the life force of the earth".
Blue Diamond: (Invulnerability/Super Strength Tanker) Robert Davidson's father was a police officer, killed in the line of duty, and Robert always wanted to follow in his footsteps. He joined the Police Academy, and met Richard Conner, who was his roommate there. When Richard decided to go to Egypt on a lark, Robert complained about it, but decided to tag along. There, like Richard, he stumbled onto a hit man's plot to find the four objects of Akenaton, and was given powers by one of them. Robert's object is a large blue diamond, and it has turned him into a living battery, capable of storing vast amounts of energy. The Egyptians linked his power to water, the element of emotions, and when Robert is enraged, there is no upper limit to his strength, outside of how much energy he is able to absorb.
Others on Freedom
Genie Gold: (Illusions/Radiation Controller) Michelle Bertrand's father was an archeologist involved in the discovery of a pyramid, supposedly once used by the Pharoah Akenaton to create four objects of great power. A Mob hit man found out about the objects and tried to kill her, only to be stopped by Robert Davidson, an old flame from high school, who was visiting Egypt. Like Robert and Richard, she was present when the objects were found, and gained her power from a bottle made of gold, with a golden potion inside it. Experimenting with her power, she found that she could reach out with her mind and transform the air around her into smoky, ghostly images that could attack her foes. She can also heal herself and others by touch. Michelle has remained in Egypt, as she has no wish to be a superhero. (According to the Egyptians, her power is that of air. She can actually transform her body, although the limitations of CoH keeps me from using that power)
Silver Volt/Crimson Dynamo: (Electric/Electric Blaster) The villain who gained his powers at the same time as Jade Dragon and Blue Diamond knows quite a bit more about them than they do. For one thing, he knows that when he wears his object, a silver amulet, he becomes more powerful, his normally red costume turning black and silver, with red highlights. Tracking the two heroes to Paragon City, he posed for some time as Crimson Dynamo, a hero, using the red variation of his costume to hide from his rivals. Eventually, he will make his move, however, because he still wants all of the powers for himself. (The final power, of course, is of fire. Silver Volt throws lightning, not fire, but it is his drive and ambition that associates him with the element of fire)
Champion, also Protector, and others at very low level (about level 5)
Joe Everyman: (Illusions/Kinetics Controller) While walking home from work one day, Joe saw what has become an everyday sight in Paragon City: a woman being mugged. Something snapped within him, and he leaped at the thug, beating him senseless. The mugger was so stunned that he took no action to defend himself, just staring in disbelief that an ordinary person would attack him. Even so, Joe realized that he had been incredibly lucky. Buying a flash pistol at the local Image, Inc, and a medikit, he set about training himself to blend in with the crowd, using disguise and manipulation to set his foes off balance and make them quarrel with each other. The press has dubbed him "Joe Everyman", but he avoids the limelight, and prefers to be thought of as just another citizen of Paragon City.
Infinity
P.Q. Pine: (Spines/Regeneration Scrapper) A mutant who has sharp spines growing all over his body, P.Q. isn't really all that interested in being a hero, but finds it something to do without being considered a freak. He is somewhat of a prankster and jokester, and takes little seriously. (I've only played this character up to about level 6. He's the highest level of these later alts, but I don't play him much, or even at all)
I'm not sure where these are, some I've even deleted
Alita Cutey Rei: (Broadsword/Regeneration Scrapper) An ordinary girl who at fourteen discovered that she was a mutant, and had extraordinarily resiliance, she chose to go to work as a professional wrestler. Taking her persona from a number of Anime characters that she liked, she was a success for a number of years, drawing on her tiny size to set herself apart from the crowd. Eventually the novelty wore off, though, and she was given less and less bouts, until she finally decided to leave and become a superhero. (Sailor Cutey Rei is a Create a Wrestler I created for the PS2's Smackdown wrestling game. The name would not fit in CoH, so I shortened it by one character)
Alan Midnight: (Pistols/Super Reflexes Scrapper, assuming that ever comes available) Alan Midnight is a Cyberspace Investigator in the 25th century. Investigating an anomoly in the Matrix, the 25th Century's version of the Internet, Alan discovered evidence that his past was being changed. Using an experimental time machine apparently related to this time's Portal Corp, Alan is looking for the anomaly which is endangering his future.
R4-CHL: (Rachel) (Claws/Invulnerability Scrapper) Rachel is Alan's AI and partner. In the 25th century, she can only appear as a hologram, but she had an android body built specifically for the trip to the past. In her original form, Rachel could transform into "battle mode" in the Matrix, in which she looked something like a humanoid raccoon, and had claws. In the present, she wears a long, flowing blue dress, and large glasses, but she still has the claws. (Alan and Rachel are characters in one of the series of stories that I have posted on my web site. www.phan.org/ryley)
Experiment X-29: (Dark/Dark Defender) Crey Industries, as part of their Cybernetics program, attempted to use Circle of Thorns magic to attempt to summon "spirits" that they could place in their battle androids. Assuming that if they could summon the spirit of a dead warrior, or some sort of mindless demonic creature, and use it to motivate the android, Crey believed they could create the ultimate warrior, under their control. Unfortunately, when Experiment X-29 was activated, it simply pushed the scientists aside, and attempted to leave. When Crey agents tried to stop it, the android killed them. It did not react to any attempts to communicate or reason with it, and all of the failsafes they had placed in the body to keep it under their control failed. (I played this character for some time in Beta, but after release I only created him and never played him. I keep him around as a test character. He was also created as an example of a Magic character that looks like Technology)

Berzerkir (Invulnerability/Battle Axe Tank) Sven Mortensen was a norwegian history student. During a trip to a viking museum he was posessed by a huge ainchient axe. The axe has infused him with the spirit of a berserkir, giving him super-human strength and resilience. Not to mention a very high temper.
Rogue Shade (Dark Melee/Dark Armour Scrapper) A powerfull magician was being tracked by the Circle of Thorns. To make them loose his trail, he seperated himself from his own shadow. The shadow has turned out to have a will of its own but still longs to be reunited with its owner.
Virtue
Head Rush (Martial Arts/Super Reflexes Scrapper) Thomas Richards was a stuntman and an adrenaline junky. To make ends meet he also worked as a delivery boy and general handyman for a scientists who was a friend of his father. The scientist was experimenting on use of kinetic energy as a un-exhaustable source of energy for vehicular propulsion. During a test, Thomas interrupted the scientist and casued the experiment to get out of control. He was infused with the power of speed!
Rusty Giant (Invulnerability/Super Strength Tanker) A forgotten project from WW2. The now rusty and tarnished proto-type robot was reactivated by accident. He now continues to contribute in the war effort against crime.
Fimbul (Ice Control/Storm Controller) Knut Eriksen grew up in the northern part of Norway in the town Lakselv. His mutant powers attuned themselves to the climate of the place, giving him the power to control snow storms and glaciers.
Night Flare (Fire Blast/Devises Blaster) The son of the original Night Flare, he has taken up the fire gauntlets his father designed and use them now to continue the legacy. his now infirm father continues to develop the technology while his son has the physique able to use them.

Ok I'll just touch on my mains:
SuperAmerican
Invul/SS tank - Liberty
Bill Wright is the son of the original WW2 SuperAmerican. When the original SA (named Bill also) was on a secret mission for the Government he met, battled, and eventually turned to his cause, a German telekinetic named Miss Mentalla.
SA1 brought Miss Mentalla Stateside and married her.
Bill Jr. was born with his father’s athleticism, but showed no signs of his mother’s telekinesis until later. As Bill got older, he found he could augment his physical aspect with his mother’s TK.
After the resurgence of the 5th column. Anne died the result of a suspicious brain tumor. The 5th column then made their move against the original SA, and after a battle, the Nebel forces overwhelmed SA1 and killed him.
After that, Bill vowed revenge. He took his father’s identity, and vowed to fight the 5th column to their defeat or his.
Jon Thunder
DM/Regen Scrapper - Virtue
Jon McDougal was a Druid from the order of Myrddin, or Merlin. In a discussion with his grove’s elders, who still had Merlin’s gift of foresight, it was decided because of events yet to happen that a champion needed to be readied.
John was the most likely candidate because of his rigorous physical training. To this end he was given the power of “Anvil & Stone” because it was drawn from the anvil and stone that Arthur drew the sword from to become King.
Until the purpose that his grove’s elders foresaw comes to pass, Jon spends his time combating the prejudices of the older religions that have unfortunately been made worse thanks to the Circle of Thorns. If that means foregoing the druids’ usual peaceful methods, so be it. He also spends time patrolling the greener parts of Paragon City to keep them safe for human and nature.
ThunderMace
Invul/Mace tank - Virtue
(John Eric Hammer) When he helped the Norse gods with a special task, Thor gave Eric a sliver of Mjolnir. He promptly forged a mace with the sliver inside. This mace gives him the power of thunder and the speed of lightning.
Eric is very much a blue-collar type hero. He has an attitude that reminds you of a biker, and with good reason, because he is one. However, why ride a motorcycle when you can run 100 mph? This attitude extends to his heroing also with a take no crap viewpoint. He likes beer, parties, sports, racing and of course, women, though he seems to be respectful of them. He also seems to be smarter than he lets on.
Super Solar (almost the same origin as SuperAmerican)
Fire/SS tank - Virtue
Kent Shakespear is the son of the WW2 SuperAmerican, a Supersoldier. When the original SA was on a mission for the Government he met, battled, and eventually turned to his cause, a German pyrokinetic named Sonne Erst (Sun Maiden).
SA brought Sonne Erst Stateside and married her.
After the resurgence of the 5th column. Anne died the result of a suspicious brain tumor. The 5th column then made their move against SA, and after a battle, the Nebel forces overwhelmed SA and killed him.
After that, Kent took his father’s and mother's identitys, and vowed to fight the 5th columnor council or who ever.
Capt. Solar
Inv/Fire tank - Liberty
John Kane realized he was a fire weilding hero when he flew too high in his jet and caught the cockpit on fire. The Air force knew he could no longer fly jets and reassigned him to Paragon City.
King Marvel
En/En Blaster - Virtue
What would happen if Elvis didn't die but was sucked through a wormhole and gained energy powers? (And then replaced by the Coronel as to not panic folks) Why he'd be King Marvel :)
ThorFire
Fire/Mace Tank - Virtue
Altenate dimension version of Thor, Controls Fire instead of the weather.
For sharing an account with Starcrosser, I still have quite a few alts...
Virtue
Seth Mason: (Science fire/rad controller) A friend of Nyx's, Seth Mason once worked as a bodyguard for the doctor who gave Nyx her powers. Said doctor was affiliated with Crey, and when Nyx murdered the doctor and escaped, Crey came to Seth to retrieve her. Having been involved in setting Nyx free, Seth refused, and Crey took him instead. He was later rescued by Nyx's husband Ragnarok and his team Payroll, now powered and only partially sane after his experienced in the labs. He has since joined Payroll, been treated, and now has his right mind back.
Lord Mischief: (Magic illusion/empathy controller) Loki, the Norse fire/magic trickster god of Norse myth, and the creator of Nyx's husband, Ragnarok. He was banished from Asgard for being a general pain in the rear, and is currently stuck in a mortal body, denied a good deal of his power, and barred from returning to Asgard by the magical wristbands he wears.
Pinnacle
Nyx: (science mind/kin controller) Nikeiva Kasta, a normal woman who was diagnosed with a rare but terminal illness. She turned to a specialist who offered her a cure, and while his secret serum worked, she developed powers she hadn't asked for. Ultimately, he ended up blackmailing and abusing her into a life of crime, and she killed him, fled, and worked for several years as a freelance assassin before coming to Paragon and joining the investigative agency Shades of Grey.
Protector
Luxe: (mutant ice/kin controller) Madison Leigh, a college student who worked at an ice cream parlor for extra cash. Her favorite flavor was always the Chocolate de Luxe. Well... one day, it was out, and she went to the back freezer to get some more. Let's just say something went wrong...
Einmyria: (magic storm/electricity defender) Daughter of Loki, she and her twin sister Eisa have been roaming Midgard (mortal earth) for a few centuries. She is currently dating Sterling Saber.
Triumph
Scarlet: (Natural MA/SR scrapper) Samantha Francisco, a homicide detective from San Francisco. Scarlet came to Paragon on business, and suddenly started experiencing precognitive flashes. She's trying desperately to get rid of them so that she can go home to her normal(ish) life.
Champion
Fortune Dragon: (magic katana/invuln scrapper) Mei Lin, a young Chinese dragon capable of taking human form. She can only maintain such form for a maximum of twelve hours, but in it, she is an amazing fighter, drawing on over 500 years of martial arts experience. She was sent to retrieve artifacts that were stolen from her dragon people... artifacts of great power, that shound not fall into the wrong hands...
Guardian
Vijalia: (mutant storm/energy defender) Vijalia Ji'ar, daughter of a Jiveq'i diplomat, who was sent to Earth to represent her planet, in company with six other ambassadors from other worlds. She is part of the Seven.
Victory
Sharudett: (mutant dark/dark scrapper) I don't have an origin for Sharudett... she was created mostly for the costume...
Freedom
Eschatos: (mutant broadsword/invuln scrapper) No origin for him yet either, but I wanted to save the name...
Infinity (?)
Fallen Mau: (mutant claws/regen scrapper) Selene St. Vincent, a catburglar, who is actually a genetically engineered clone of her mother.
... Somewhere I also have Damascus, but he needs his costume redone so I have to figure out where I put him...
AfterglowNoMore

Virtue:
Diurn- Younger Brother of Codex Prime Founding member Humor, who became a living solar battery after a series of not so super heroic accidents attributed to his brother.
Afterglow (AftergIow)- Founding member of the Peacekeepers who used his light guns to fight crime and get revenge on Crey for trying to have him killed. Turned his back on technology after his team was massacred during the Second Rikti Invasion. Emerged months later weilding Light based magics.
Epilogue- Formerly Order of the super hero team The Regents, who came to Paragon after he was excommunicated from his home city following a media backlash of his quitting his team. Got kicked out of Paragon for numerous media and behavior related fiascos, changing his name and costume slightly to stay in town and cause trouble.
Dynamole- Mutant Geomancer, still working on his backstory.
Pinnacle:
The Running Joke- For those of you familiar with my old story "I Bought it on Ebay" This is what Cliff ended up becoming in game. Which I need ot rework hi story to reflect his new powers.
White Bear- An homage to the JSA's Wildcat
Halfterlife- An irradiated spirit of a dead janitor from a nuclear power plant
Guardian:
Swan Song- The grandson of the original WW2 era Swan from the Liberty League. Former member of the Wild 5.

Alright here goes...all these toons *WERE* on Liberty, can now be found on Virtue (thanks in part to the Winter Lords and the fact I wanted to play with the people I talk to on a daily basis. ;) )
Please note that there may be some discrepancies with the actual Crey reports, I've yet to update them for accuracy as I've built up the backstories of these characters.
Virtue
Major 0bvious (Security Level 27 Technology Tank/Invulnerable/Super Strength): Nelson McMahon, a former gang leader of the Skulls, was enlisted in the army by his dying grandfather, was forced to undergo a series of military experiments to increase muscle mass and strength, during the last experiment, something went horribly wrong, involving Crey, or the Clockwork, or the Freakshow, the exact details are unclear, but these experimental robotic gloves became permenantly grafted onto his hands...a blind rage overtook the Major and he decimated the lab. Time has passed and he has learned to control his strength and use it for good, vowing revenge on the 3 villain groups...
Miss Judgement (Security Level 14 Mutant Controller/Ice Control/Storm Summoning): Tiffany Allen was flat out cold-hearted, but as it turns out, there was a good reason for this. Unbeknownst to her or any in her family, her mother was a mutant, and in recent years has been dealing with the internal struggle of accepting the fact that she can control the cold, and the weather.
Dr. Flamestrike (Security Level 14 Science Blaster/Fire Blast/Devices): Dr. Dale Springfield is a genius in his field, a world reknowned scientist for the creation of several life altering energy devices extracting the pure energy from fire. Hired by Crey Industries, his lab was set ablaze with him in it one night. When the fire had been taken care of and the debris removed, no remains of Dr. Springfield were found, but it is rumored that he has taken vengeance upon Crey and has been quite a thorn in their side since the "accident", but has not actually been seen.
Nurse Red Cross (Security Level 18 Science Defender/Empathy/Radiation Blast): Stephanie Scanlon always wanted to be a doctor. Studying at the Paragon City University School of Medicine, Stephanie was brutally attacked in the hospital she was interning at one night. A gang of criminals beat and raped her and took x-ray's of the entire act, leaving her prone to radiation poisoning. When they were finished violating her, a cabinet full of clinical trial materials was thrown down upon her and she was left for dead. The combination of the severe exposure to the gamma rays and the clinical trial material dripping into her blood stream caused a chain reaction within her body that invoked some incredible healing powers, and was completely healed in a matter of days. She also seems to have the ability to blast radiation from her body, but seems to be afraid to do so thus far, focusing her new found powers on her primary ability of healing.
Muscular Beaver (Security Level 14 Natural Scrapper/Claws/Regeneration): Daggett was a beaver. Not much is known of his origin aside from a swim in a contaminated pond turned him into a humanoid form, a creature with the ability to think and reason much like you and I. Muscular Beaver is hellbent on taking out the world's environmental criminals, making it safe for all creatures of the earth to live normal, healthy lives.
Brimstonia (Security Level 14 Natural Controller/Fire Control/Radiation Emission): Brimstonia claims to be a direct descendent of the Angel of Death, and the fact she can rain fire and brimstone down upon the sinners of the world, we aren't really in a position to argue with her...
Krystal Power (Security Level 14 Mutant Blaster/Energy Blast/Energy Manipulation): Shannon Ryan, like another well known mutant superhero, has the ability to convert the tissue of her entire body into an organic steel-like substance, granting her a relatively high degree of resistance to bodily harm. She does not posess the strength that this hero does, but instead has the ability to control energy in it's purest form.
Atse'Hashke (Kheldian): As of right now this man/myth/legend seems to be only a rumor. Nothing yet is known about him but we believe him to be of an alien race, perhaps demonic in nature. More information as we receive it.
