When I DL it what directory do i install it in? and do u guys and gals use it in game the whole time? or is just an outside of game thing?

Let it install to it's default directory, I run it all the time in conjunction with CoH these days, it's VERY useful for getting the times left on your buffs and other powers right as well as calculating the amount of exp/min you're making and the amount of time towards your next level.
