View Full Version : Event: Late Night Hot Tubbing with The Icons

The Icons are scheduling a Late Night Hot Tubbing event in game on the 4th of June at 11PM PST on the Virtue server. The event will take place in Promethus Park in Atlas Park. Don't forget to get your swimsuit ready at the Icon costume shop before coming. The entire event is In-Character and will be an opportunity to meet and greet new folks in the game, have a little food and drink, as well as enjoy a swimsuit contest. Anyone who cares to come is invited to join us.

Assuming you don't have stray pinching fingers...

Okay, that sounds really nice! And though it's a good time, even for me, it means it'll be at 8am. On a Sunday. Not sure if I can get up. ;)
And stray fingers... *cough* I'll try to behave. :D

I'd like to thank everyone that turned out for the event and made it a great success. I have now updated our website with pictures from the event, which can be found in our gallery, and the results of the swimsuit contest. As promised, the two winners of the swimsuit contest are plastered right on the front of our toppage of the site for all to see. Pictures of all the entrants in the swimsuit contest can be located in the gallery. The pictures in the gallery are of a nicer quality than the frontpage ones too, BTW.

And if you like the design, I appreciate any and all complients, especially ones with nice fuzzy language tied to meaningless words of affection. :loveme:

Well, if it helps you feel better, I took it back. I felt it made my butt look big. I only chose it because Lauren at Icon said it was what all the most fashionable and tasteful heroines were wearing to the beach these days. I immediately saw when I arrived at the party that she was right. You enhanced that suit far better than I, my dear.

...at least until that heavily-armored "swimsuit" pulls you to the bottom and drowns you. But hey...at least you won a contest with it, right? :lol:

Ehh, I wasn't judging, so I can't say anything about it. ;) I was surprised that Stormy picked so quickly. Personally I think he was just awed by Tina's.. stature. :chuckle:

Also Alumette, looking at you and me in the group picture, I have a feeling we both set our sliders the same. ;)

Though just as a note, I'd appreciate it if you didn't link directly to images from www.theicons.org on this forum. I know it's much easier, but although I think our bandwidth situation is well in hand it's not a good idea to play games with it. What you can do is copy and save the picture and upload it to a space of your own. That's what I do with anything that I see on a webpage that I want to show on a forum.
