To the members of the United Sanction Society, my name is Gen. Vincent K Maddox a.k.a The Chauvinist. I'm a representive from the United States C.I.A, and I've come to offer my help to you. It seems like that your merry group has quite the mess on it's hands..
I am here on the behalf of the United States government. I know it might be a bit hard to believe that they had a stake in your team's formation and the potential development of it becoming a powerhouse organization. However, because the group was given to Mr. Sebastian Kain, that has not been the case. He proceeded to 'mock' around as someone he wasn't. He created the Mr. 'Z' ego, and pretended to parade you all around on a string with egotistical and self gratification mindset.
..But it seems like that most of you have caught on to his act, and ousted him from your group...

I have had the pleasure of researching about most of you, trying to learn a bit more about you before I actually interact with you. I'm still fairly new to this city and new to my new role as a Superhero. Over the course of the next month, I'll tell you more about my mission and what my codename Chauvinist means.
For now, I have to continue my training here and there and conduct some further studies on the future situation at hand.
