This comic is where it's at. In Punisher's first Civil War appearance he kills not just the two villains we see in Civil War #6, but also the terrifying Stilt Man!! Hahahaha, and it's definately worth it because Punisher takes out Stilt Man with an anti-tank rocket, then shots him in the face to finish him off. Good stuff ladies and gents. The Punisher is one bad mofo.

Somewhere, I have the entire run of the original Punisher: War Journal, I think it's in storage somewhere.

I loved it then, and no doubt I'll love it now. One of the few characters I'll read Marvel for.

I'm happy. I hate Stiltman. He's on my list of most hated comic characters(Along with Aquaman and Rick Jones)
Thank GOD Punisher put him down. "Look at me! I'm on Stilts! I can rob banks cause you cant reach me! I'll be a Chickmagnet for sure!" terrible. Now Punisher needs to kill Bigwheel

Stiltman's too big of a long-running joke at Marvel for him to be dead for long.

But, I will say the odds are good that he probably is dead, even at the House of Ideas. Now, about his protege....
