Does anyone know any web sites that will help you with writing?
Writing for comics or creative writing for comics would be especially nice.

I learned how to pace and script for comics via googling up various comic scripts. What you'll run across is the Marvel, Dark Horse, and various other scripting styles.
Article List Page (http://www.absolutewrite.com/specialty_writing/comic_books.htm)
Comic Book Writer Info Guide (http://members.aol.com/jayjay5000/WritersGuide.index.html)
Writer's Resource (http://storyboard.darkora.net/writing_links.php)
Joe Edkin's Essay (http://www.williamsullivanadvertising.com/joeedkin/writing.html) + Sample Scripts (http://www.williamsullivanadvertising.com/joeedkin/sample.html)
The Joe Edkin stuff was my jumping board for getting into the comic writer's groove, whilst Digital Webbing (http://www.digitalwebbing.com/) was a great community / job posting site and forum for learning the ropes of comic creation and gettin' not-to-swanky-but-sometimes-for-pay gigs. The coolest part is finding (if you're lucky enough) a just-starting-out artist or, one willing to work with a rookie writer, and teaming with them for some portfolio building.
Two things to remember:
1) Dialogue is great and all but comics are visual so make sure your art direction is clear yet concise enough for the artist to understand
and
2) If you plan on writing for the Big Two, or any of the Top 10 publishers outthere, rejection letters are not a stumbling block, think of it as them supporting you 'cause when you get enough of them you can use them as toilet paper!
Hope this helps! :)
