Star Wars Episode III: The Game

Has anybody played it? Is it any good? (More specifically, is it better than the one for Episode II?)

Never played Episode II, but I kinda enjoyed this one. It's much more fun in multiplayer though. After the Count Dooku fight, the game becomes pretty easy though.

Are you kidding? General Grievous was a royal pain in my rear. That was probably the least enjoyable fight of the whole game IMO. I loved fighting the Anakin/Obi-Wan duel (on both sides) and also the Anakin/Mace fight was pretty fun.

But yes....I'd say it's a lot better than the 2nd one (wasn't that just the vehicle based game for the most part?)

I beat Grievous in first try without healing, but I had to redo Count Dooku so many times.

Dooku was pretty tough but thankfully I got the dramatic increase then went darkside upside his head :D :D

So what were your favorite missions/battles in the game Solario? I guess I'm just wrong but I really enjoyed the assault on the temple and the mission to assasinate the Separatists. *evil grin*

The temple assault was the best levels of the whole game. Nothing's more satisfying than impaling Jedi left and right.

Basically all the Lightsaber vs. Lightsaber battles. :D

Hehehe I knew I couldn't have been the only one who enjoyed grabbing jedi by the throat and impaling them. :D :D

I can honestly say I was a little disappointed at the movie when they didn't show it in detail like they did ingame. I was looking forward to seeing Anakin take on that jedi knight and her master onscreen.

I'm curious about the new Star Wars Lego game. Yet another title not on GC, grrrr. All I know is that Ign gave it a good review and from the videos it looks fun. Anyone play that one?

I've played it..a bit slow and it's short. But other than that it's okay.

thats a game i LOVE, I rented it along with doom 3, took doom 3 back and kept playing lego starwars, while it is short and theres not much diolouge it is PURE FUN!

The game is highly enjoyable. I got it 2 night ago, I've only been able to play it an hour or so, thus far. The Dooku battle actually went rather painlessly, I just blocked his intial onslaught for a few seconds, waited for the opening then launched into my attack. Rinse, repeat.

I've only got as far as battling the General's bodygaurds inside the control room of the capsized flagship. I'll get in some more play time tonight. I'm liking it so far though.

The game was cool, I hated all the droids and clones, loved the duels and the Jedi slaughter levels.

Multi-player is great. I pwn with Mace Windu.

Bah, General Grievous is giving me problems. He cheats like nobodys business. I'll have him down to low health then he'll grab me and do that back breaking routine he does. I try to use Force Heal and he shoots me in the back with a blaster.....

I hate droids....

Use Jedi Mind Trick and then heal yourself. Of course this demands that you have enough force left and it's powerful enough.

See....I knew I couldn't be the only one who had trouble with him. My little brother could own Grevious too but it took me forever to beat him on hard.

Just finished the game. It was really fun, slaughtering all those helpless Jedi in the temple and ending with that last Jedi Master and his padawan was really cool, he was difficult at first. Teaming with Yoda and the final Anakin/Obi-Wan battle was also a high point.

Now I just have to get my sis on here so I can sucker her into a duel... ;)
