i'd bet money on it being bruce campbell as mysterio... one because it makes sense given his previous appearances in the first two films and second because bruce is one of sam's best friends.

And I don't think we can really call this a fourth villain since it's a cameo of the character that becomes Mysterio. Only fan boys will know who he is, the rest of the general public won't know squat.

Yup. Dylan Baker (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0048414/) played Dr. Curt Connors in both the first and second movies. And will do so again in the third. :)
