Ok, so I was told this was a good place to post my build, and get suggestions.

Something really quick though. NO, i will NOT get rid of provoke. I like all my fear powers, especially for PvP.

Ok, have at it.

Looking good. Allmost a tezt-book tanker. (by my book, that is :D)

Only tweaking I would consider is:

Taking slots out of RPD. With UY+TI+RPD you don't really need any slots in it. If you have anything else you want to put slots in, here is the place to take them from.

Unless you take all the slots out of RPD, change the Recharge in TI to EndRed instead.

Get another recharge in Dull Pain to get it perma.

Take the EndRed out of Unyielding and stick in another DamRes. Unyielding give so extreme amounts of resistance per enahcher that you shouldn't waste any on EndRed. 6-slotted UY with DamRes for teh win!1

Perhaps get another ToHitBuff in Invince.

Stick the extra slot in Tough Hide into something else. Or consider jsut dropping the power alltogether. It's sorta-usefull when 6-slotted, but there's more usefull things you can use your power picks and slots on.

If you have any Endurance problems, stick an EndRed in an attack or two. This is where your endurnace loss is. EndRed in toggles will do allmost nothing.

Get Beheader. It's your best DPS attack.Simply put: it roxxors.

Take the extra slot out of Gash.

Consider dropping Taunt and using Provoke as your ranged aggro tool. You really only need one ranged tool, and sparingly at that, so having two in kinda overkill.

Think that's about all I can see.

Okay, I could be wrong here, but given the fact that she wants to keep the Presence pool for PvP, wouldn't that explain the slotting of RPD? Overcap defense (and resistance) comes in real handy vs debuffing, doesn't it?

Is this true across the board (like, for ALL AT toggles vs. attacks) or is it just an invuln thing? That would explain a lot for me.

The end thing is pretty much true all around. Especially for tankers and scrappers. Controllers and defenders have more costly toggles, since they're powerfull AoEs mostly.
But the normal "armour toggles" usually aren't all that costly. Tanker attacks are particularly costly, but scrapper attacks aren't cheap either. Especially sets like BS and MA.

Think about it like this:

If you turn on all toggles and just stand there. How long does it take to run out of endurance?

If yuo turn off all toggles and attack continously. How long does it take to run out of endurance?

Which of these tests used the most endurance?

It's easy to think that you need to decrease the cost of toggles, since you're paying for them continuosly. But the only time that matters is when you're in combat. You can just turn the toggles off when not in combat.
When you're in combat, you're using your attacks a lot and they just chomp down your endurance so fast you will barely notice the difference in running toggles and not.
Except if you're really toggle heavy of course. Fire tankers, for example, use up to 9 toggles if I remember correctly. That sucks quite a bit of end :D
Also SR and DA scrappers use a lot of expensive toggles.
But still, attack will be the biggest eater of endurance. So if you're having problem, look to the most used and expensive attack you have first.

One good idea is to slot the attack with 1EndRed 5Dmg (as opposed to 1Acc 5Dmg) and then try to find alternative ways to boost your accuracy. Be it Focused Accuracy (now there is a toggle that needs some EndRed), Invinciblity or something else.

Oh, i forgot to explain my RPD slotting, sorry. I do a lot of arena, toggle down fights against other tanks and scrappers. We just stand there and wail on each other, and neither of us win. But its usually a g ood fight, toggles down. So i slotted RPD instead of TI.

This is going to sound bad, but I speced her to be able to kill Frost SamPson, in the arena. Long standing fued between these two. LOL Dont worry, it's friendly. But I need to be able to kill him toggles down. :chuckle:

That's SamPson babe :) :D

Don't worry if anyone can train you to win it's these guys. :chuckle: If worse comes to worse at least you won't end up getting put over my knee and will be able to leave standing next time.

Edited my past post for Frost..... :chuckle:

So I am thinking my next three slots are going to be 2 in Tough Hide, and 1 in dull pain for recharge. Does this sound about right? For my last power, I am going to take Beheader and 4 slot it. I've only got 1 more respec left to do with her, so if I ever get it and use it I'll probably change that around, so that I get buildup last since it only need a couple slots.

Last thing, I have a question about Dull pain. If I have Speed Boost (i run with a kin defender a lot latley) or Aderenaline, or AM (all which recharge my powers faster) does dull pain stack. Does the Max HP stack? If you dont get what I'm asking, let me give you an example. Say I start with a base 100 hps ((i know its a lot higher than this, I am just using simple numbers)) and Dull Pain increases Max HP by 5. So when I hit it the first time, I'd have 105 HP, then when I hit it a second time, does the Dull Pain stack, and give me 110? Or so I still have 105? Thanks a ton guys!

Stick 2 slots in Dull Pain and one in Health instead. Will benefit you more. Or all in health for that matter.

Not sure about the DP-stacking. Wondering about that myself. I'll get back to you on that.

Edit: Well, this is the closest I could find. It seems to be a bit uncertain: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=2932737&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1&vc=1#Post2932737

Does the Max HP stack?
Yes. With perma-Hasten, 4 recharges in Dull Pain make it permanent while 6 recharges gives you 30 seconds of DPx2 (which is an extra 80% of base H.P.s) followed by a period of 'normal' DP of 30-60 seconds (don't remember exactly) and so on in a repeating cycle.
