Subject: The Band Disbanded

While this is pretty much not news to anyone, I thought I would make it official: The Band is no more. Thank you to everyone who tried to make a go of it. I'm sorry we couldn't make it work. Once I get back in game, I'll be taking my character in a new direction, and officially disbanding the super group. Those who would like to keep their Angry Chicks characters for rp purposes, please let me know, as I hope to keep that story line going, but only in an rp sense, not an sg sense. Thanks!

I know I still have Fallin' Star and would like the Angry Chicks to stay together. Either way, I'm not deleting her. If The Band does fall apart as a SG, then I'm open to starting one for just the Chicks.

Maz WAS 16th lvl, I ended up taming with widdy once as agent Q and found out that MA just didn't look right for the enraged berserker type. so SS is is, lvl 6 and rising... well, not fast, but it's going at a good pace... bring on the evil uncle sam bot swarm (i figured this is the next closest thing to a winter lord)

Maz needs to team up with the lvl 50's again

I haven't seen her on AIM as of late, I got a gmail from her a while back said she couldn't access our forums, but that was the last I heard from her... :shrug:

Seems that with the move and new email addy, these boards are not recognizing her. She has no way to log in or have her password reset and sent to her. Same thing with the Ogaming site. I suggested that she try to catch an admin/mod on AIM and maybe one of them could help straighten things out. *shrug*

I can't post at either place. I can log into the ogaming site, but I'm not allowed to do anything there. It got screwed up when I tried to change my email address, and it won't send me the verification email so I can get access again. As for the guru site, I apparently do not exist there anymore. It says it doesn't recognize my email, username, or password.
So apparently she could post before but cannot now.

But admin job goes first, so I checked for her account. It's there (id:98) and I do not see anything wrong with it. Not banned or anything. So the problem must be elsewhere.

Errr... problems aside.... I rather like my Chick, Retrograde, and i wouldn't mind if we just put the Chicks together as a group. She's only about 6 or so, maybe she and luna can team once i get things up and running computerwise again. :)

Sadly I do not believe this to be a joke...what's done is done though, you can't change the past and there's no sense holding grudges on things that you can't control. Everything happens for a reason and time heals all wounds. Having been in OHW's Ex-Husband's EXACT SAME POSITION, I think I know of what I speak of. Those who lives are altered by the actions of another, though the events may be painful, are really now now MUCH better off, those who weren't really don't need to, and shouldn't care, since it's not their lives. But I'm not one to stir up trouble, just stating my own point of view, I take no "sides" in this, life is too short to fight a petty fight.

Edit: Oh, and something does seem to be at least slightly wrong with her account -- I don't have the option to PM her at all, just trying to help in the investigation...

I've created Angry Chicks (http://www.creyindustries.com/sgroster.php?sg=91) as a SG for Crey Industries. Post your Hero# and I'll add you on.
And if'n you all want, I'll make Angry Chicks as an ingame SG too, or we can just stay under The Band banner... either way is fine by me.

Sorry I haven't added to the RP yet Maz... haven't gotten an ispiration as of yet but feel free to write some of her parts if you want.

As for staying with The Band or just having an Angry Chicks group I'm open either way. OHW has moved on to the Dawn Patrol it looks like. So I don't know what you want to do.

Angry Chicks was OHW's idea. I'm not big on backgrounds and storylines, I just like playing the char. She's very fun. :lollipop:

Yeah, so would any past Chicks let me know if you are still interested and still have the char?
Also, once we get a sub forum of our own, I think we may need to do a bit of recruiting.
The SG will have the 5 Stars... the Chicks themselves. Then there are the artists(managers, roadies, wardrobe etc) and then groupies(fans). Although we can change the levels if we can think of better names for them.
