I won't believe it if you have never seen this show, but I just discovered a site dedicated to it. It was one of my absolute favorites growing up.

Unafortunately it only got picked up by a channel here, that showed it at like 11 am. when I was in school, so I only saw it a couple of times.

Tula is totally droolworthy. I used to love the show, myself. Interestingly enough, it came out about the same time as the Elfquest comic book series, and my sister noticed that there was a distinct similarity between Ren and Cutter. I don't THINK it was intentional, but they did look a lot alike.
