Will Poore has a lot to live up to. He grew up in a family of heroes. His paternal grandfather

Jim Poore - the White Noise, his maternal grandmother - Madame Blu, his mother - Miss Mystic, his

father - Grim Omen, his uncle - the Jolly Roger, his older sister - Jasmine. Will and his

younger sister both began exhibiting powers at an early age. Their parents did everything they

could to give their children as normal a life as possible, but when your son throws a temper

tantrum and screams and yells with destructive power...it can be difficult to live the normal

life. His early life was filled with joy and wonder marred slightly by his grandmother's passing

in her sleep. Slightly marred because Madame Blu was chiefly a telepath. She was able to say

goodbye to everyone. Even as her touch was fading, Will was filled with a certainty that his

grandmother was going to a better place.
As Will reached his early teens, his older sister had just been allowed to join the family

business - teaming with their parents. They were just starting to get into this new team dynamic

when the Rikti invasion began. By this time, Will's grandfather had retired and was living it up

in a retirement home - chasing the nurses all over the place. The Poore family did the only

right thing they could - every active hero in the family went to paragon city to prepare. Will

and his younger sister, Jennifer, stayed behind in South Carolina with their Aunt Jessica, one of

the few non-powered in the clan, and her
husband John Smith.
Will and Jennifer followed the news closely for any information on their family. Not because

they were worried, but anxious to hear of their exploits. When Hero 1 gathered heroes to venture

to the Rikti homeworld, the Poore family was among the first to join him. Sadly, we all know

what happened to that expedition.
Will and Jennifer have vowed to find and save their family. To that end they have continued

their training and more importantly - not succumbed to the bitterness and despair they witnessed

other people fall into in the Rikti Invasion Aftermath.
Now Will has come of age. He has a costume. He has his newly minted Hero License. Now he

must work to prepare...prepare for his venture through the portal to the Rikti homeworld.

Hopefully with allies - but alone if need be.

Peter Quinn first realized he was a mutant as a teenager, when he developed the ability to quickly grow sharp, hair-like spines from his body. When the other kids in his school picked on him because of his powers, he developed a "class clown" personality in order to fit in. Although he couldn't really use his abilities to excel in any kind of sports (he kept popping basketballs and footballs) he still tried to find every opportunity he could to use them in some way. Finally, after he tried out for a superhero team in Canada and was turned down, a friend suggested he come to Paragon City, the "City of Heroes". He had always called himself "The Porcupine", but based on another suggestion from his friend, changed it to use the letters "PQ", his initials.

Brief Personal History:

Growing up in the small village of Dallas, Moray Scotland Lachlan was a special child. The priest at the ancient church in Dallas noticed early on the boy's prayers tended to be answered. This priest brought this to the attention of his bishop, who passed it on until Lachlan fell under the eye the True Church.

As the boy aged he grew tall and strong, his ability to communcate with Source increased, at age 15 he was offered a free education, and a postion in the True Church. Though physically powerful, his ability to tap the Source of Good, guarenteed the boy would not trained as a holy warrior, but instead a holy sorcerer. Although technically a Knight, the sorcerous orders rarely engage in field work, instead providing metaphysical support for field agents.

In his mid thirties, Lachlan has eaten life outside the church with a passion. Not priest, nor held to the rules of such holy men, Lachlan is a man of appitites vices large and small. He often wonders why he seems to have the ear of God, when more pious men do not.

When Eric Reynolds was born, his mother left him and his currently 17 year old sister and skipped town. His mother had his sister without knowing who the father was, and the same had happened with him. Eric was so angry with his mother, that he could never stand still. When Eric and his sister got throw out of their apartment in Staten Island, they moved to Paragon City, living in Kings Row.
Eric visited the doctor one day, and he noticed that he kept twitching. The doctor suggested that he get a hobby to keep his mind busy. He walked out of the hospital and saw a hero flying by. Seeing that, he knew what his hobby would become, being a super hero, Adrenaline-Rush in particular.

Brief Personal History: Robert Roy was born to be a cop. His father was a cop and his father and his father and his father. When his grandfather died, Rob decided. It was time that he joined the force. But this was not his grandfather’s police force; this force was full of crooked cops, murderers, and drug dealers. At first, Rob wasn’t fully aware of these types of goings on, but was soon to find out. One night, while out on patrol, Rob received a call about a burglary at a jewelry store. When he arrived he saw that there was already another patrol car at the scene. The other cop was in the process of chasing the perp in to an alley. He immediately leapt out of his car and began to give chase. When he reached the alley, he saw the crook giving the cop some of the stolen jewelry. They tried to make it look like there was a struggle; even going to the extent of slicing the officers arm with a knife. Without thinking Rob ran, got into his car and drove away. Distraught and afraid, Rob decided to go see the only person that he knew he could trust, his brother Michael. He sped like a bat outta hell. When he finally got there, he burst into his brother’s house and began searching for Michael. And he found him, but not how he wanted to. He had unexpectedly burst in on some sort of ancient occult ritual. He noticed that Michael was strapped to the wall. Rob frantically ran and dove in front of Michael. But when he did, he was struck by some sort of mystical energy and was knocked unconscious. When he finally awoke, he noticed that all of the others had left, and that he now had a strange empowered feeling surging through his body. After a brief discussion with his brother, Rob found out what was really going on. The group of people that were gathered, known as the Clan of the Griffin, was trying to harness an ancient energy to help birth a new champion to help foster a new age of justice. By interrupting the ceremony, he was accidentally transformed into a being of immense power. At first he wasn’t sure what to do with his newfound power, but then he remembered the events of the evening. He was going to don a costume in his pursuit of justice. He was sworn in to the organization, taking the role as their chosen protector. He was strong. He was powerful. He was Gryphman. And he was a force to be reckoned with.

Brief Personal History:
Born in San Francisco, Gavin Woodrow grew as children normally do, playing with the neighborhood children, and going to school. One day his mother announced that her sister Georgina was going to be married, and that it was time to go get an apropriate wedding gift.

to find something appropriate (Aunt Georgina's husband was an Immigrant from Mainland China) his parents went to San Francisco's Chinatown. During their visit, his parents were killed in a gang related incident involving the Tsoo. The Sleeping Dragon tong was working the protection racket in the area, and a shopkeeper refused to pay. One moment, Father was arguing the price on a large hand painted scroll, and then the next thing Gavin remembered, he was in the street, being treated for minor burns and abrasions. Apparently the force of the bomb blast sent him flying from the shop.

After months of searching by the SFPD, there were no arrests made, as they had no leads. Due to the publicity of the store bombing and the deaths involved, the Sleeping Dragon left the area.

Gavin was raised by his Aunt and his new Uncle in the Bay area, attending religous services at the local temple. as he grew older, he began to develop an almost unnatural affinity for mathematics. At the age of 14, he entered college at Berkely, with a double major in mathematics and physics, earning his doctorate in Math at the age of 21, and masters degree in physics at 22.

Uncle Hui was owned a small shop that dealt in antiquities, shipping items in from all over Asia to sell to Americans for decorative purposes.
