Marvel Brings Back Jubilee

Looks like, acording too the Solicits for November, that jubilee is Omega Red's Hostage in Wolverine Origin #8. About time they brought her back. They gave her the shaft when MDay hit. Sure it shows the whole tragedy of the thing but They couldve picked other mutants too take the hit.

Anyway. good too see her back. Maybe we get too see some expansion on Jubilee now that she's Powerless. just cause sombody is Powerless dosent stop them from being a tough fighter.

thats cool, I always dug her, she was one in my first pack of superhero cards & I thought she reminded me of a female Robin back then.

She was supposed to. She was created to be Wolvie's Robin.

Personally, I was never fond of her character, but then, I was never fond of Wolvie either. I do hope they can expand her character with her powerless, but my fear is that they will simply give her her powers back.

Maybe she'll get new powers. There was all that crap about "secondary mutations" at some point (not sure, don't keep up with all the mutant stuff). Or maybe she'll just get some ninja-like training and become a badassed fighter. Hey, it worked for Kitty Pryde (except she still has her powers, right?).

Who would train her? Well, after she's rescued (and she will be), maybe Wolverine will take it upon himself to teach her some fighting skills to protect herself now that she's powerless... because after all, she's been seen with the X-Men (and Wolvie) in the past, so that history is now a liability to her and someone owes her a little something for every jerk what hates them good guy muties and might use her as a pawn.

the secondary mutations thing ended with The House of M, so no new Secondary Mutations. Notable Sm's were

Beast turning catlike(though he's reverting too ape again slowly),

Archangel turning back too caucasion skin color and his blood healing others(Actually gives him somthing extra and cool since he lost his razor wings),

Iceman becoming perminent ice(Terrible Idea),

Gambit being able too see Precognative futures in items he charged up(Read the cards :P Though I think they retconed that. Austin's stuff sucked half the time),

Emma Frost being able too make her skin Diamond (Actually works with Whedens Excelent Astonishing X-Men where he described it as a Gift from Cassandra Nova and it fits her character since she's all sparkles :P)

I guess the final Secondary Mutatin is Marvels abilitty too constantly kill off Magneto and find ways too bring him back :P
