They are not "evil", just..."politically misunderstood". ;p

It is listed under "propoganda", so it may be, but it does look later. There has been many remarks about Hitler being involved in magic that have created more than one movie/comic. I don't think Stalin was, but it is a pretty neat "face off". :D
