Basically Internet Explorer is being a bitch. After downloading Service Pack 2, I have been unable to lower my security levels like I use to, by going into the "control panel", then "internet configurations" and then "Security" and then just lowering the "lever" to the appropriate level (meaning I want to lower it to Medium-Low for five minutes to download a full episode of "The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy"). Every time I try now, it tells me I have to move it to Medium or Higher.

What can I do to bypass this?

Get firefox....

Its a firewall setting, so if you have norton, or microsoft firewall running, It will actually lock it in place, so it has to be above a point. Not sure if norton does it...

Unafortunately both of those are shut off, so I don't know what it could be.
