Cuppajo has said on the main site that the date has been changed once again to Thursday:

Yes- The server is still having issues. We are going to push out the event from Tuesday to Thursday - Thursday Throwdown! @ 1:30pm CDT. We want to make sure the stability patch has been implimented and everything else is stable/ready for that amount of traffic. Sorry to change it again, but we want to have the best testing environment and player experience as possible.

The DEV's want to test Arena Server load ans SG vs. SG battles and thereefore they are holding this event. 6 (or so I heard) ednames (aka DEV's) will have each one SG and players can join this. And then the fun starts!

Make sure you /chanjoin Pcity.com when on the test server. I was on last night and I couldn't find any of my Pcity pals to square off against in the arena. :(

Woohooo someone put the command up!!! I've been trying to remember how to get into the channel for like a month! How do you speak once you're in it since I apparently lost my section of the manual on this one....

Edit one of your tabs to add the global chat channel Pcity.com. I don't know if there is a slash command for it but I just click on the tab and that sets you up to talk there. (also is the last itty bitty button right above where you type in text.)
