This build is almost there. It still needs some tweaking as I made it in haste. I used the holiday respec the night before we got the new free respec and did it a little too hastily. I will probably keep this build but switch nova out for maybe RotP. I will be checking to see what they did with power push on the test server and wether it is worth picking back up in the arena. I will probably also take the slots out of bolt and play with them somewhere else.

A couple of notes. If you want to hit SR scrappers put those to-hit buffs in aim. This build is not king of melee or king of range but a very nice balance between the two. If I want to be a hover sniping stealth assasin I can. If I want to go in your face and melee you, I can.

PositronBot's Electrical Blast/Electricity Manipulation PvP Build:

I know this is very unrealistic for a lot of players because I know not a lot of people have as many HamiOs as I do. I haven't lost to a scrapper yet with this build. Most of my scores have been 10-1, 8-0, 9-0. I work controllers and defenders as well. I have only been beaten my 2 tanks and both were nrg melee. Use this as you will, but this is Posi's build for PvP.

Give me a bit ohh and what do you want it for? FYI Fire/EM is considered the premier death dealing monster in PvP.

Can anyone help me with a good PvE eng/eng build? I don't necessarily want the most powerful, but more or less the most enjoyable as I'm trying to level Techno Shock. I mean, I know that power and fun can definately both be the same, so I'd take either.
