An Update from Fate

Hey Guys,

Long time no talk. I had to drop out of CoH/V because of financial obligations, but I may be coming back here soon... the newest issue looks interesting.

I've got a few major updates in my life, for those of you who care...

#1 - I'm going to be a daddy! Right now I'm on a perpetual high, a mixture of petrified fear and unexplicable joy. The baby is due in February (8 months of my own life left...). We've picked out names alread... Mackenzie Michelle for a girl, Tyler Scott for a boy. Woot.

#2 - I've been buckling down, trying to get things going with my dream of working in comics. Today www.faithlesscomics.com went live. It's not much, but I've put a call out for an artist (single or team) and I'm going to fight until i'm dead. I will NOT give up on this dream.

So yeah...

Congrats on the being a daddy, and starting your comics, you might be able to try starting with some Guru guest artists for an issu or two if you owe favors. Also, if you want back in game, maybe you can say playing this and working in comics makes the fee a tax write off :D

The updater you installed with is having problems for many people. The more recent version of the uopdater handles problems with connecting to the patch server much better.

www.wawco.com/CohUpdater.exe is the most recent one. Feel free to scan it if you wish, but that's straight from my hard drive to my webserver so it should be clean.
