Soloing Bile

Im a lvl 35 DM/REgen scrapper , so can i solo the end of this stroy arch.P.S. i think it's bile It's one of the freakshow archvillians?

I thought all the freakshow AV's were 40+? Except for Clamour of course.

Bile is in one of the portal missions, not at the end of a story arc. Clamor is at the end of the Sis Psyche TF. The AVs in the 35-40 arc range are Terra and the Envoy of Shadows, if I remember correctly.

well thats weird then I just got a mission to go see Bile or another freak and the contact said bring friends?
