That's right! It's summer time, and I've waited long enough to breathe life back into this baby.
Basically, the group will be like Marvel's http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hellfire_Club_%28comics%29 (Hellfire Club : A group of twelve elite villains, renown for their influence in Paragon's politics. What the group lacks in strength, it makes up for with it's wealth and influence among many of Paragon's rich and famous.
This group will be roleplay oriented, and will focus on development of the group through interactions with it's members, rival villains and heroes alike.
I'm not going to make it mandatory for the villains to be mains. However, I ask that your villains:
*Recieve regular play, whether it be daily level grinding, or just roleplaying in Pocket D every now and then.
*Be characters that you take seriously in their development. This doesn't mean you can't have a silly character, just make sure the novelty of your character doesn't wear off after the first five minutes of meeting them. And please, no eye-sores.
