So I've been anticipating Dark/Dark stalkerism for a while and I think I'm putting together a decent build, but I'm not really familiar with Dark/Dark aside from the early levels. How's this plan looking?

I never messed with the Stalker, but I do have a level 26 Dark/Dark Brute. The only advice I can offer is that your slotting in Dark Regeneration is off. It only does minor damage, so putting Damage enhancements in it is a waste. I've only got an Accuray and an Endurance Reduction in mine and I'm not slotting it any more. When I needed it there was always a healthy amount of mobs around to provide more than enough health. It definately need an Endurance Reduction, though. The recharge is pretty good as well.

You actually don't really need heal enhancers in it Burbs (from my experience with a dark armor brute and from the mouths of experienced dark scrappers). I slotted mine 2 acc/1 end/2 recharge but your mileage may vary.

Only other changes I see are (just from experience with Azure too as dm/regen)

- Maybe 2 accuracies in shadow maul, you don't wanna miss it at all. Same suggestion for your astrike (I always go 3 acc/3 dam in mine but i'm crazy like that)

- Placate is something you use a lot as a stalker, so I put 3 recharges in it

- Siphon life, IMO isn't worth slotting for damage. If anything you want accuracy, heal, and debuff, at least when I've used it.

- The fears (I believe) all have debuffs on them unless the fear slotting you're using is for duration.

- Also...you're going heavy on end redux for your armors rather than damage resistance....any reason for that? On Shadowcrusher I slotted them 3 dam res/2 end redux

I'm not exactly...skilled in scrapper/stalkerism -- I had the heavy end redux up because if memory serves dark is rather toggle heavy and I don't want those dropping, so my experience with tankers tells me to load up on the end reduxes. Also, given that they're not tanks I wanted to load up on healing capabilities since I don't want to be someone that can't take somewhat of a beating. She got dropped BAD in RV on test.

Ty for the advice though -- I'll post up another projection of her after my radio show today.

I can see what you mean by healing, but the thing about dark regen is that you get healed (and this is unslotted on my brute) about 200 hp per person you hit, which is why accuracy and recharge are the top bets for me.

It's like 1/3 of your bar per foe. So in a group of 3 it's a full heal. With Hasten and 2 recharge SOs, it recharges about every 12 seconds. I'd go with 1 acc/2 end/2 recharge, because Dark Regeneration is a very endurance intensive heal.

I'll critique your build here, Burbeh. You want Build Up, as soon as it's available, and you'll want your status protection a lot earlier than 35. Furthermore, you've only got one toggle in your build until 28, so there's absolutely no reason why you'd need Stamina that early. Also, the slotting on your shields is bad, only one damage resistance?

4 slot your damage resist shields (except Obsidian) with 3 damage resist, 1 Endurance. The three shield toggles hardly cost any endurance at all since they reduced the end costs. Although, I find it funny that you three slot the toggles that spend the least amount of endurance, but you only 1 slot the toggle that spends the most endurance. :P
Of course, since CoF breaks Hide, you probably won't be running it all the time, so you probably won't need more than 1 endurance. But I just find it funny. :p

Get Build Up. 3 slot build up with Recharges. 3 slot Placate with recharges. With Dark Regeneration, I don't think you'll need Siphon Life. If you do take Siphon Life, however, don't slot damage in it. You're main concern is endurance, right? Siphon Life takes a ton of endurance. If you take it, go with 2 acc, 2 recharge, 2 endurance. However, with Dark Regeneration, I'd recommend skipping it, and taking Build Up instead.

Also, for your PPP, Dark Blast is the gay. You've already got enough attacks as it is, you don't need another. And Soul Storm is a hold with a 30 second recharge, so don't slot that for damage. Instead, go with 2 acc, 2 hold, 2 recharge.

See if you can sneak Hasten in there somewhere. Looks like your only option would be at 41 instead of Dark Blast, though.

Burb, this is what I put together for Blood Spirit, my new Dark/Dark Stalker. Pretty excited about the fact you get to self heals and a +perception power. Never messed with the Dark powers in the past so this is all new to me.

Take Build Up at 8, Stamina at 24. Also, you'll probably want Murky cloud in there, unless you want to have absolutely no defense against Energy/Fire/Cold damage. (defense being the generic term for defense, resistance, etc.)
