Okay here's the second attempt for this.

Thursday May 11th at 9:00 PM EST we'll form the team for the Augustine TF in the Chantry. We'll run to 11:00 pm EST. We pick up Friday the 12th at 9:00 pm EST and run till it's done or everyone gets tired. IF need be we'll start again Saturday the 13th at 9:00.

Okay this is going very well. Lightningale can't make it Friday to continue, so we're going to pick up on Saturday, the 13th at 9:00 pm EST to finish. Should only be another hour or two at most.
