I have returned to you once more USS'ers, and we have much to discuss and catch up on in my absence. I would like to thank all of those that stepped in to forfill my duties as your leader. I have not fully assimilated myself into what's new and what's old just yet, but I already have something I need you to take care of...

His name is the US Aggressor, a degenerate and former heroic outcast of our City of Heroes..

I say outcast, because he was one considered for the postion that you all now fill. He was not selected because of his unstablility as well as a degenerating virus he carries with him..

He turned his back on the hero community and went rogue, killing and injuring several individuals in the process..

He is now a direct threat to me because of this...

He has made it his mission to directly tarnish my image as well as steal from my personal banks..

He has stolen about 2 million dollars in cash and merchandise from my establishments..

Rumor has it that he makes his home in Siren's Call.

Sorry for spying (again), but I thought I should clear something up about US Aggressor. Since the USS was classy enough to buddy up with Urban Bushido, I might as well pass a copy of this note on to them as well.

As if bagging and brainwashing Mr. Z's daughter wasn't bad enough, those lunatic chuckleheads over in Malice in Wonderland have been bragging all over Radio Free Opportunity about accepting US Aggressor into their ranks. So that's two slaps in Mr. Z's face...three if you count Malice's first strike on the USS base, for those who are keeping score.

Jumping US Aggressor while he was a lone rogue would have been easy enough, but now he has protectors. So it's time to get sneaky again...unless we just feel like going macho and engaging Malice head-on. And if we do THAT, we'll need to throw down plenty of rubber mats. Wouldn't want the carpet to get ruined in the ensuing bloodbath, would we?

Cain't promise if it's o'any use, but rumor has it he was active t'day. Not sure if he was in Sirens or not. While surface sweepin' I got caught up in other's affairs, and ended up helpin' fight back some villains. I know I should've been more focused then that, but I reckon if I ain't lend a hand them few folk would be lookin' at Paragon from six feet under.

I'ma station m'self in Sirens fer a bit. I figure I few cups o'coffee and the incentive this here character done given me to stay up all hours of the night is good enough t'forgo sleep fer a few nights. We need t'nab him as quick as possible b'fore he kills more innocent people.
