Connection Help

Okay, so i got my new computer and set it up. installed the CoH DVD then downloaded all the updates. logged in with my user name and password which took me to the server selection screen. everytime i select a server it pauses for about 20-30 seconds and the pops up a message window that says "cannotconnecttoDB" which i assume means "cannot connect to the database. i know the server was working because i PM'ed a few people that were here and they checked.

anyone ever have this problem, know what might be causing it or how to resolve it?

any help would be much appreciated,

ok...don't get mad....but i would uninstall and reinstall.

actually, I just realized... i think i need to re-configure my firewall to allow CoH to transmit new data... *crosses fingers*

if not, i may need to re-install :(
