Anyone here played Gunstar Heroes?

If you have, you'll know I'm not lying when I saw it's one of the finest games ever made.

And, finally, we're getting a sequel. From the same team, no less.

This is going to be one hell of a year for the GBA, you got GSH and now SNK announced there going to make a direct port of the Neo-Geo classic Metal Slug for the GBA.

I was VERY lucky to get this game at Otakon last year. This guy was selling a bunch of UFO Dolls (Dolls you get inside the claw games in japan) and as I was paying for them I saw this old shoebox filled with old Genny games, and inside was Gunstar Heroes. I walked away with it for FIVE BUCKS!! I wanted to laugh in his face!

1up.com has a great preview on it. I can't wait to get it. Now I can have a SMALLER portable verson of the game, my Sega Nomad is a monster compaired to the GBA.

The 1Up thing said no more combine powers, but each character has their own special move. I prefered the Fire Bomb Gun. You could take out bosses super quick with that, it just had crappy range.

YES!!!! Gunstar Heroes is my all-time FAVORITE game. I think the best gun combo is the the green chaser and the blue electric, and you see this blue square just dart around the screen, killing everything in sight *drools*

Hmm, that's true. If I can't throw people-- especially my partner-- or play two-player, then this isn't the game I want. Gunstar Heroes was like the best game ever, but only in two-player mode.
