I was a wondering Temp for almost 4 years before I got a real job. (Almost one year now). Oh yeah there were days when eating wasn't an option, and when I could buy steak every night.

Hold in there, and remember, submit for unemployment the moment you know for sure. You pay for that money, might as well get it back.

I don't know about where you live, but here in MO, if you don't make more then $250 a week, you can get the reminder from the government. Granted you still have only so much in the bucket, but you never know.

well the good thing is I'm going to sign up with Manpower, a better temp agency from Kelly Services, from what I heard. Manpower pays better and has more jobs. Unlike Kelly, which had me spend a YEAR Unemployed before giving me work that was possible for me to travel too.

My boss decided to not come to work for 2 months and forgot to fill out some form to keep me in the job. One day I find out I'm unemployed. Woo! Been 3 weeks and finally on the road to getting it back.

I was never particularly impressed with Manpower. But that could have just been my local branch, too.
