I don't know how this will be received but I figured it could not hurt to ask. At least 75% of you are civil 95% of the time which makes me about 96% happy that I ever joined these forums. As some of you know the 2006 Players Choice Award Nominations have opened up. I am actively seeking the nomination for the best supergroup for the Paragonian Knights on the virtue server. Last year they divided the category up by server and it does not appear they are doing it this year so I thought if I could rally more support from the Virtue community the PK would stand a better chance of being nominated. If you plan on nominating your own SG that is cool. I would hope you would. But if you are not or you just want to lend your support to the PK then please nominate us.

My understanding is that they are going to take the SGs with the top nominations to create the poll. We would love your support in this endeavor. Thank you Guru peeps for all that you do for this game and Lady Grae and I.

Aye I would like to continue this by asking to consider nominating biggest Guru VG so that we may have a chance of having Guruite conglomerate on the ballot this year, seeing as there is cutthroat competition this year. I think the majority would just be pleased to be on the ballot. Heck, if we win, great, if not, great. Personally I hate how they did it this year seeing as there are many great groups that will be discounted and I think all of our allies should be on the ballot. So I hope that we all come together and try to at least get a name on the ballot. Nominate The Corruptors of Paragon for Best Villain Group (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=5139548&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1#5139548) if you wish that as well. :)

Nominated Knights as well. Why did I do that? Why didn't I do a team I'm in? Cause Knights has the strongest change of a Guru related team of winning, as its the biggest. And they are fun to team with to boot! Plus, Grae is pretty dedicated to the Virtue community as a whole, and for that he has always had my respect.

And CoP, also has a good chance. :) As well as I enjoy being a part of it. Atom is a good guy, and I would glady put on a wig and lipstick for him if we were stuck in prison together.

I did some quick number crunching and the Paragonian Knights of Virtue are still short of getting in as things look now. I greatly appreciate everyone who has gone on the boards and posted for us but we need more help. I know alot of you have not voted or are totally against this whole contest but I plead to you to help the PK represent Virtue and Guru! It only takes a second to post Paragonian Knights on the Virtue server as the Best SG of 2006. Thank you all for your support.

I voted for the Paragonian Knights, and I advise that you other Gurus do so as well. If nothing more than a symbol of our communities bond for one another, then let that be your driving force. I know many of the Knights, and they are a good and well deserving group of individuals. And I for one would like to see them be rewarded for their hard work.:sk:
