For those of you wondering, I had a ton of fun at Prom this weekend. :) One of my students had a digicam and took some pictures of me which he said he'd email.

I may post them if they aren't too dorky looking. My hair was being uncooperative owing to the 2 hour rehearsal I had right before prom.

I wore the most understated tiara in my collection (didn't want to go *too* over the top), and a blue and black halter-neck sheath-style gown. A bunch of my students ambushed me on the dance floor and got me to dance with them. It was totally fun! They didn't know I could do hip-hop (sorta). ;)

All my kids looked so nice in their formal-wear. And no one spiked the punch. :)

It's Alumette. Alumette doesn't do porn. She's too wholesome for porn. She's so wholesome, she could substitute for Alison Court and host The Big Comfy Couch. :D

Now go up and give her a nice, wholesome hug, you dirty-minded naughty dog you. :P

Much as I loved Proms (went to three of them), it's painful, financially, for the guys. $100 or more to RENT a tux. Granted, the girls are never going to wear those dresses again, but still, you could make some very expensive, gaudy dish rags or something. Still, it's the AFTER-prom parties that are the point anyways.

While our prom is in December (for some reason beyond me), I do have a picture of myself from the last school party. Mind you I've been drinking, and much like Alumette, my hair was unoperative.

I'm trying to picture Hermione in a Scottish pub, swilling ale and pinching barmaids...

Funny, I'm picturing Hermione about five years older, dressed for a Skid Row concert.
