Yes, run does indeed rock.
Because when a fight goes to hell, it's better to spare yourself the debt and haul ass. Let the Devil take the hindmost. :D

When with a hobbit, running away from a dragon, remember: it isn't the dragon that you have to outrun, it's the hobbit.

What if the dragon's hungry enough for both of you? :shinner:

Then you hope and pray the hobbit puffs up like a blowfish when the dragon tries to swallow him. :p

That's all? Maybe I should hope and pray that the hobbit has poison quills while I'm at it. :P

I don't think so. If a 3 inch wide blowfish can expand to 15 inches.. Imagine how large a two foot wide hobbit can puff up to! Don't think there is any dragon with an esophogus THAT wide. :p But just in case, pray the dragon has a rare food allergy that hobbits just happen to be a part of.

'Rocks' melt, watering down the rum.
Next time try 'Rum. Straight up.' :)

And so, the booze cycle reaches full circle. Know what's a sure-fire cure for a hangover? RUM!

Ironically enough, I too was partaking of some rum (and coke) last night as well. Of course this was after the vodka and tequila shots. Strangely enough, it wasn't until I started drinking the Coronas that I got really drunk.
Birthday parties rock.

That looked kind of wrong for a second.
I'm more a Vodka (straight up, of course) guy myself, but to each his own.
Well... that or one of those fruity drinks with umbrellas.

So am I usually. Being friends with a Russian bar owner has its benefits. About the fruity drinks though mate, you are on your own there. :P

Rum's not all that strong, really. And it tastes like friggin' hairspray. :p
Now Crown Royal...that's some good stuff.

I am surprised no one said "Red RUM!" (Of which, I do have an actual bottle of...)
I tend to like mixed drinks as well, sweet and strong.
I do like Captain Morrigans, however, locally, I have noticed a disturbing trend in some of my local bars; They have stopped serving Bacarrdi 151! The waitresses don't know why either. I can still buy a bottle in the store but not a glass/shot at the bar.
Not sure if it's because the price went up or what. But 151 is one of my preferred Rums.
I tend to like Vodka, but as a rule, as per my "sweet and strong", I like it mixed in with something to give it flavor. Same thing for Everclear.
I never have beer. Hate the taste. And Corona is nasty. Only reason is popular is because it is cheap. No, if I drink alcohol, like many thing, it's either ALL the way or none. :P Although, a few friends are trying to introduce me to some of the more tasty beers. There is a brand from Belgium (Edelmann's?) that has flavors of Raspberry, Peach, and two others. Not bad. He also introduced me to a chocolate tasting beer that is not too bad in the after-taste/hops department.
Neat stuff to dally around with, but I still like my B-52s (B-53s). :D

(No, I'm not an alcoholic! You gotta believe me! And why do you keep talking about some river in Egypt??? )

Ah, the things I missed while I was away....
But this reminds me I haven't had a drink in awhile. How am I to keep up my reputation as a lush if I don't drink? This must be remedied!! :D
