So...I got a duckling and a burnt egg...ah, the burnt egg. The monthly dud, I take it.

Maybe if I keep them both, the duckling will grow into a duck and the burnt egg will crumble to ashes. :D

So how did the rest of you make out? :)

I had originally posted that my egg hadn't hatched. But it was a cache problem. Ctrl+F5 FTW!

I have a question. Once the egg hatches, just what are you supposed to do with the critter?(assuming it was not a dud) The website is not particularly clear on post-hatching procedures. :)

It's basically just for show. Which is why it's more exciting only picking out one or two eggs. If you have all 5, then it's no fun. :p

Like he said, they're mostly for show. Plus, some of the critters evolve or grow later on down the road. If you've searched through the egg archives, you may have noticed the egg that hatched into a pink flamingo which later grew into a griffin. Cool, huh? :)
