This Mod modifies the particles that drive the Regeneration Powerset, cutting the visual aspects of it down to a far less intrusive level. Click powers still operate fairly normally with some changes, but there is still an obvious visual clue when they are used.

I'll add an addendum shortly that sets this particle.bin file up to be driven the way I like it, turning off that annoying trail that Stealth leaves behind, turning off the rings and glowing hands/feet from Super Jump, turning off the dirt trail and rocks from sprint, and the spinning/bobbing/flashing targetting symbols from Focussed accuracy. I just found a much simpler way to handle this and am rebuilding it at the moment. :)
As you can, see, though, the opportunity to turn power X off but leave power Y on could make for a huge headache to customize a file for each and every person. :) I'll definitely pop a tutorial up sometime down the road that explains it. I already created a somewhat followable one over at coh.razorangel.com if anyone is interested.
Enjoy!
