OOC:First Annual: Sebastian Kain Invitational Soft Ball Game!

Note: This thread is to be updated throughout the day.

This is an RP idea I've had, and hopefully some others are interested as well. It is open to anyone that is welcome and it is about a charity Soft Ball game sponsered by PresidentSK and the Silent World Order. It is for all of the heroes and heroines of Paragon to come together and raise money for various charities of their cause.

This isn't your normal soft ball game however, powers are allowed but nothing outrageous (keep them in check for the most part) and other forms of hijinks are a foot. It is mainly to have fun with but there is an errie mystery surrounding the real motives for the Order to go through with a such a public event.

There will be 7 innings of play (more if need be) and 9 starters and 5 relievers to each team. (I think we can manage that many, if not we don't need relievers.

Well SK has teleport...I've put a limit to the way powers are used. Some heroes need them just to function, others do not. Tryin to keep them to a minimum...

Some powers will be exceptable...I think we should vote. It'll be a boring game without powers I think..we'll it would be a challenge I suppose. All of us are atheletes are the top or our game for the most part. I'd add Super Jump to that list... not many home runs getting past Wolf in right field if he can jump building-high...

Also, are we playing slow-pitch softball or fast-pitch?

A mixture of both..cause it'll depend on the pitcher at the time. And you can consider yourself a Prez allstar... ;)

Has it stands right now, My team has 5 players and we need 4 more.

Mina's team has 6 players and needs 3 more.

Now we can have reserves if more people show an interest, if not...we don't need them. We are superheroes after all. :cool:

Anyone more people interested? I know BMF (cute real cute nickname) had an interest, but couldn't pick a character. NO PRESSURE...cause I am no way near ready to start this.

Well Countryman is the size of a house. I suggested the doc cause I would assume you would use him cause it's an Order event. You can change if you like. I said SS guys have to control their powers and how much they use.

Noble(Countryman) is already boasting that no one can get around him if he's over home plate. >:] We'll see..

WHA!!!??? This will put a big cramp on the my big man. Although I guess if he threw the ball to someone full strength it would probably punch a hole right through their glove...and hand.

Seems unfair though considering that Countryman's ONLY power is super strength. Well...that and he is very, very, very large, but that doesn't count. If you're gonna cramp up one power you'll need to put restrictions on other ones too. :P

Alright. I have an idea how I want to start this..and I'm going to go ahead and start it up so people can start posting at least. I thought by now we would have a full roster on both sides..but it doesn't look like it. :(

I have one of my own characters in mind..who's like a best friend to the Prez. He's a patroit hero type..well was he's long retired. I'll add him if no one else is trying to jump on board. :)

Added Mister Balance (Lorash) and Kitten's Rage (Tarby) to the Bombers to round out the team. I've also added X53 and Jazzy T to the Umps list..because they are members of the Order as well. Tarby as already told me I can RP her character and so has Jazzy T. I hoping X and Lorash wont' mind as well.

I recently realized that I already have a pretty full plate with things going on in my life, as well as RPs, and anymore would most likely begin to feel like a burden.
