Updater Problems - Help!

Has anyone run into this?

I start the updater, it begins to connect. Suddenly, it close and opens again seconds later with a 'This Page Cannot Be Displayed' message where the usual update info would be and stays on 'Connecting' below.

I can't update now so I can't get into the F#$%ing GAME! :grumble:

Having the EXACT same issue today... and I get it every time the game updates. Be prepared for Tech Support to blame your computer for everything, whether it's justified or not. Something ontheir end is messing it up, and the only way it's ever gotten solved for me was to wait several days until it magically works again.

Can anyone technically-inclined in these forums help me out? I have no firewall whatsoever and yet Anarchy Online and CoH won't update or connect. Obviously I can access the internet so its not a connection issue. AURGH! I'm totally F@$%ING RIP$#!T !!!!

I'm seriously considering cancelling my subscription and shoving my entire computer up NCSoft's @SS of they don't do something.
