The White Stripes

So, I've been listening to these guys a lot lately, and I they've moved to my top 5 favorite bands. I really dig these guys. (Well, guy and gal). One of the things that trips me out the most is that it's just the two of them, one instrimunt each. I think I'm even going to break down and buy some albums from them, which is something I never do.

Anyone else like them?

Can't stand Jack's voice. White Blood Cells is about the only lbum I can stand.

And I agree that White Blood Cells is their best album.

White Stripes suck 7 out of 10 times...aka one in three songs is tolerable or understandable.

When you can tell wth they're saying then they aren't bad...

I agree with this only when talking about Screamer bands. Jack just has a funny voice.

I like the White Stripes. :) Get Behind Me Satan is a great album. A lot of oddness to it, but I like pretty much the whole thing.

*edit* Oh, and one of my characters drunkenly sang a bit of "Little Ghost" from that album in an RP a while back. Fit her nicely, she was a character who could see ghosts and other spirits all around that other people couldn't. :)
