Name Gurus, Help!

I'm trying to find a good name for my fire tank on Virtue. The hero is a gold/silver age themed hero with a torch as his logo. BugBite suggested Eternal Torch, which was sadly taken. Currently he's named Torch Shield. So, toss those suggestions out there!

Firebird

The firebird (Zshar-ptitsa) comes from Russian folklore it is a miraculous bird, its feathers shine silver and gold, its eyes sparkle like crystals. The firebird is a noctural bird as at night this bird illuminates the land that it flies over. It is said that a feather from its tail can light up a dark room. The firebird eats golden apples. When the firebird sings it is said that pearls would fall from its beak. The firebird was also able to heal the sick and cure the blind by its chants.


I'm sure firebird is taken but this is just to help ya out in someway.

Olympic Flame was the first thing that popped into my head, followed by Liberty's Torch as in the Statue of Liberty. You could try Firebrand, but I bet that's taken already.

I had a similar problem with the fire tank I made recently. I wanted to name her stardust or luminescent or incandescence, but all taken... Star fall, fallen star, falling star, shooting star, star shot, meteoric, meteor burst, star burst (Mmmm... yummy!), star blaze (hurry, only 167 days left!) all taken (including leaving out spaces or adding dashes). Nearly everything I could think of with Pyre,conflagration, combustion, or blaze in it, taken. Finally I got Star Embers to go through. I don't envy anyone trying to come up with a fire based name from here on out. My advice is to take his name from a different aspect of his personality or costume other than fire.

If that doesn't work, try words like charring (or char), or seethe (argh wish I had thought of that one before!) or maybe even torrid (an idea I played with, but didn't match the character). It's more subtle, but could work
