Missing TF souvenirs

I recently read on the official board, that the TF that were implemented with issue #3 (Calvin Scott, Moonfire and Ernesto Hess) are all meant to award the player with a souvenir when finished. It seems to be a known bug, that NONE of these TF's award the souvenir.

Since I finished both Calvin Scott and Ernesto Hess in the last 2 month and have made screenshots I decided to try and petitioned the missing souvenirs.

Now I have "Ernesto Hess' Council insignia" and the "Soul Orb".

So, if you have done the TF's and haven't gotten any souvenir, look through your screenshots (you need them for the date). Send a petition with your chars name, server, date and time when the TF was finished (approximately) and perhaps name the other heroes with you.

I forget when I had one of my characters do Moonfire and Ernesto Hess TFs.
The character I used was Wild Fury on Virtue.
She got the Burkholder's Bane badge for Ernesto Hess but no souvenir for either one.
Still hoping they implement badges for Moonfire & Calvin Scott.

I'm pretty sure that they won't implement a badge for Calvin Scott at least, cause this TF will be gone when issue #4 goes live.

Yeah, the souvenirs for the "Surviving 8" TF's were bugged from the beginning and were fiexed with issue #3. So everyone who did them BEFORE issue #3 has no souvenirs.

But you can redo them (exemplar or so) and you would get the souvenir this time. Or try to send in a petition, stating that you have done most of them befroe issue #3, and if you already have the badges for these you could argument that they can check your badges and see that you have done them.

Yeah I'll have to petition, because I've done Sister Psyche and Bastion within the last month and don't have anythign to show for them aside form the typical bastions assistant type badges...

Frost just recieved his souvenir from the Calvin Scott TF. Now I need to get Saber his two souvenirs from the Moonfire TF and the Hess TF. I don't have any shots of the last battle in the Moonfire TF but I have pictures of him using the temp power (helloooo nictus!) that the leader recieves...hopefully that'll be enough.

You don't have to send them the pictures, just use the pictures to get the date and the time when you did the TF's.

They're mostly just to have to recap the cool stories Tsar, but in HQs you're supposed to be able to store all your souvenirs in a personal room if I remember right. I'll have to use pictures for the Moonfire TF Astartus since I don't remember when I did it.

Each TF should award you with a souvenir. All 4 of the Shadow Shard have a souvenir (and only that, no badge or so) named (from the 1st to the last TF):

- Nemesis portal wreckage
- Legend of Ruladak
- Saga of Faathim
- Saga of Lanaru

@JoeSchmo: I'm not sure if you can petition for the 6 normal ones (except you have done them since Issue #3 came out). Only possibility would be to argument that you have the 6 badges for these TF's and therefore are eligible for the souvenirs.
PLease tell me if you get them, cause then I would also try to petition this problem (I am missing 5 souvenirs, I only have the "Note from Hopkins" one for the Manticore TF)

I wouldn't mind knowing this either, I have all the badges for the TF's (except positrons) but all these were completed prior to I3, would be nice to get the souveniers :D.

I'll keep you updated, just got an email that someone will contact me ingame, so I guess I have to just sit and wait there. :D And yeah, I did all 6 of them before I3, and have none of the souvenirs.

In order to better assist you with this issue, I would like to gather some more information. When did you complete each of these Task Force Missions? We do not require a specific date, but a rough estimated date. Once we have this information we may be able to better assist you with this issue.

Really can't even estimate when I did these TFs. Did
them all at the appropiate levels as I progressed
through the game, starting with its release. Had to
have the main 6 completed way before Issue 3. And the
Hess soon after that was added.

and final one, Numina, after Update 2's release.

Hello,

Thank you for your patience while we reviewed this issue. We have determined that some of the souvenirs were not properly awarded and have corrected this. The character should now have the correct souvenir for completing the Numina Task Force and Ernesto Hess Task Force.

Unfortunately, souvenirs for Task Forces were not introduced until after the release of update 2. The souvenirs were designed not to be retroactively awarded for these Task Forces. The only way to gain the souvenirs for the prior task forces are to redo these Task Forces through use of the exemplar system.

Please let us know if you are still experiencing any difficulties with this issue. I apologize for this inconvenience.

They did do some datamining to retro badges but then I guess they just stopped at some point.
Souvenirs though were never retroed.
