Bimonthly Meetings

*Sigh* I was afraid that would happen with Firday night in the lead. I work second shift and can never attend at this time. I hope you can alternate to Saturday or something. It would truly suck ass if I could never attend any meetings.

Well, when would be the earliest on friday that you could make it? Maybe we can just alternate to a later time.

I leave for work at 3:45pm EST and don't get home until 2:30 am. My shift is anywhere from 10-12 hours and I sleep all day and then just go to work. The most before-work time I would have to play would be an hour at the most.

Hrm. Well, there were alot of Saturday votes. I suppose we could do the one in the 2nd half of the month on Saturday.

Well, it is bi-monthly Burbs so I hope you can at least make one. Also, I'm glad we finally got this decided, I'll see about adding a few of the weeks to the pages calender. Alternating Friday Saturday since that sounds like the plan.

Well, the plan for these is to also have time after them to team up and do some missions, so maybe you can at least make it for some of that, Frost.

Regardless, I will be logging the chat, and will post it whenever I have time to go through and isolate the SG related stuff. (Probably the day after.)

I think we should take this first one as a trial, but still keep it going. I was relatively sprung kinda suddenly, with like a week in advance, so it is understandable if you guys can't make it. And for those who can't make either, hopefully, as Melty said, you can make it for the teaming, or at least hopefully next time. As I said in the thread about our site, I'll be sure to update with things like meetings, and hopefully like at least a week in advance if I can, but be sure, if you're a member on Guild Portal, to do a sign-up for attending if you can.

Also Melty, maybe for the second, or third meeting or so we should see about like a general agenda, or like a list thing to at least give subsatance. If you like the idea I can see about working something out (school gives me time for that) Also, are we going to be RP like the last one, OOC, mixed, or like every other one that way because I know at least personally I'm not the best RP in conversation (though I can somewhat hold my own) but it also makes it more awkward for the general, and talking about forums and stuff discussions if needed.

Edit: I got on, maybe 15 minutes late, but no members were on except Tito, but on another char, and he had no idea what, if anything, happened. So I changed the next meeting date on the MotD and added that this meeting was canceld due to attendance.

We had three members at last weeks meeting (Odre, Certafiable, and myself) We were able to get the generator in, use the workbench to build some parts and devices (check the base thread) and also Certifiable was promoted to the Inner Circle. The next meeting is next Friday so hopefully everyone can make it then.

Is this always at 9pm Eastern? If so, I won't be making many of them due to my schedule. I usually don't get online until around 8pm Pacific, which is 11pm Eastern.

Edit: Melty, think we should try soon to even think about a meeting that like everyone can make for a group photo, maybe not necessarily part of the bi-monthly schedual?

I doubt that would even be possible. Too many conflicting schedules. What purpose does a group photo serve anyway that screenshots of everyone's character doesn't?

I *MIGHT* be able to make it this week. It depends largely on weather or not my wife will be leave the house for an event she's been invited to. Just remember that if I do log in, I'll be babysitting, so I might not be the most attentive attendee. ;)

You can check the site, Melty or someone put them in for like the next three years. By the way, whoever did that like entered each one twice, I tried to clear for the next week, but there are still plenty of duplicates there.

They're not in twice. (at least when I look at it) However, because of the non-paying limitations, I could only put in the Saturday ones....(I'm just probably going to upgrade it this weekend and be done with it...)

And the next one should be this friday, MR.

Melty, they only appear not to because I cleaned out a bunch of the duplicates, at least that I could before getting bored or going crazy. Also, the non-upgraded should not prohibit you from making the Friday ones, I never had that problem when I was putting them up.

There's a limit of 10 up at a time. You never had that problem because you never put that many up at a time. And I meant they NEVER displayed as duplicates to me, even right after I put them up.

Melty, since you haven't updated the first post since March, I'm gonna ask, why don't we have another meeting schedualed(according to the site) until the 18th of May, I mean we've only had one this month and thats like the middle of next month

The first post is a typo, actually. Sorry. It should read April 28th, not March. I forgot to change the month when I changed the date. (The SG MoTD, which has been changed for nearly two weeks, is correct.) It's fixed now. (And if you would have looked at the date of my last edit, you would have noticed that it said April 17th, so I DID change it since March.)

(AND...the site says the 13th, not the 18th. The 13th being the following meeting.)

Furthermore, please use PMs in the future for any questions directed at only me.
