Graphic Replacement

I'm a complete and utter newb when it comes to modding CoH, never even considered it. However there is one thing that _really_ bothers me when playing my Warshade; the visual cues of Nebulous Form and Shadow Cloak.

I think they should be switched.

So basically, what would it take to do this? Anyone have this done already?
