I once again have a special request that I would like for you all to take part in. Now I understand that you all are working extra hard to contain the 'issues' in the Hollows and I hope this will not take away from all of that, but this problem is too big just to let go untouched. I would like for everyone to be mentally and physically prepared for the grueling task that lies before them...
Here is what I want you to do..
The photo enclosed is a picture of Steel Canyon. It is a city zone controlled by the Vahzilok, Outcast, Tsoo, Counci, The Lost and Trolls. It is a highly dangerous zone and I emphasis that you exercise extreme caution while treading through it's a mass of skyscrappers and corriders.
The contact I want you to meet specifically for this is named Positron

His 15 part task is called The Rule of Three for the three factions you'll encounter, Circle of Thorns, Clockwork and Vahzilok. All of which you have encounter before.
Positron is a respect hero of the city and a member of the Surviving Eight, it is considered an honor to be working with him.
Please do not fail in your efforts heroes.
Before you take part in this quest, I would like for all of you to meet this man..
