Actually I stole the Idea from Veikira, he drew a great Ed McGuiness styled drawing of his character that looked ALOT like Superman.

I mistook the drawing at first for an actual McGuiness drawing that had been altered, which got the wheels turning in my own head.

I then took a picture of Bryan Hitch's of Thor from The Ultimates (vol. 1 # 6)
And altered it to look like Thundermace I added the Mace, recolored it, added a lightning bolt and the smack effect on the ground and some other small stuff.

As an aside I've been doing this for my SG mates with my 'other SG' the Pillars of Virtue.

Thanks. Took a week to transform an animation I found on the net using Paint , Adobe PhotoEdition, and PhotoImpact. The hard part is getting just the right colors transferred properly.
Also I had to create all the letters as the original gif I found wasn't right for it.
